| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Damn, this episode made me hungry lol..mostly because of the cooking session. Makoto and others making food the old fashioned way :D I think the food they made was rather simple though, nothing too special but still looks good. I lol'd @ Nao getting hungry while she was cooking. Kinda liked the second half of the episode as well with the guys and girls picking flowers from trees. |

| Working in the fields is nice i did it ones as well it was hard work but worst it and it's nice to work in the fresh air. The cooking class part was nice as well especially the finger cookies. Mao-san needs to be more careful with a knife tho. |
| Cooking with Nao was fun. I'd try a witch pinky cookie. XD Nice to see the whole family go out for some apple tree trimmin' too. So beautiful. So soothing. As usual.:) |

| It's pretty much easier to understand Nao's "trauma" for cooking, rather the teacher's explanation slicing onion. LOL Akane and Makoto learn about one "cruelty" of life while thinning out those apple trees... Only the strongest survives. |

| Another episode that makes 23 minutes feel like 5. And for the first time ever, I have seen something that made bees not look scary but actually made it look rather adorable. Still not a fan of bees though or insects at all for that matter |

| Nice to see Nao get a bit of the spotlight in the first half. It amazes how Flying Witch and Tanaka-kun, being slower paced and having less content, can make time fly by so quickly. Takes the saying "more is less" to a whole different level. |

| Great episode, Love how this show makes all these simple things so much fun to watch. Great atmosphere as usual. Nao learnt cooking quite fast, Thought it'd turn into a disaster. xD Them finger cookies though, I'd like to have one of those. Never knew about thinning of apple trees :o These people sure are brave, Letting bees sit on their fingers. I'd be miles away if I even saw one XD |

| I swear this show is my salvation after a hard week at the office. Every single time. Nao's cooking trauma would've been cured if she'd only cooked with Kei every so often. It's hilarious how they managed to complete all the hard tasks (Curry, Hamburgers and Cookies) and yet failed at the easiest step of making rice. The later half of the show was chill and enjoyable, as always of course. Akane bumping into the tree was expected after she started laughing at Makoto, but Makoto's second bump when she stepped onto the ladder had me cringing in pain along with her. Did not see that one coming. Cannot wait to see the next few episodes. I think they're gonna end on a "high" XD |

| It was nice seeing Nao overcome her fear of cooking, but no one made rice! The apple tree thinning is interesting. I live in an area that is famous for apples, but I don't remember ever hearing about the blossom thinning, but the farmers must do it here also. Makoto and Akane with the head knocking. |
| I would love to try some pinky cookies, never seen such ones before. :o "Disgoodsting" is really a perfect word to sum up the feeling of mixing meat with the hands. That was a nice view from the top of the trees! Yet again a calming episode. A shame there are only 2 of them left. |

| I was kinda expecting Nao to fail badly at cooking. Thankfully it didn't. But they forgot to cook riced. lol 2nd half was a pleasant to watch with helping out with the apple trees. Its funny Makoto got bitten and getting her head hit by a tree. Flying Witch is such a pleasure and relaxing to watch. Sanshou Sansha is relaxing to watch as well. I'll try Tanaka-kun. Sadly, there's only a few episodes left. But thankfully, there's Amanchu to watch out for next season. |
| Ah! What a pity that it lasted so little. Pleasant and relaxing in an exceptional way the narrative, if there was some other event to tell, the episode would have also ended better. Chinatsu is a wonder, can never look bad. Excellent drawings, ditto for animations and soundtrack. What I would like to escape the city is to live in such places. Me too! XD |

Even the anime series, Tanaka-kun, is very pretty, the only problem if you start, you have to resist is to go beyond the first episode, this episode is only the slowest ever. ;) |

| Poor Nao and damn those onions...happen to me too. Doing a volunteer at a homeless shelter and was made to cut onions for 30 mins...TT^TT No longer have anything to do with witch stuff...not like it matter lol |

| Pretty standard cooking episode for the first half but Nao worked well as a main and it translated nicely. Strong half even without the supernatural which was carrying the show for quite a while Second half was slower. Objectively great but I prefer the first |
| Sheees, is making hamburger steak that hard that NAo has to make such face????? FYI, For Kei to put an onion in the microwave does the opposite it actually makes it's syn-propanethial-S-oxide more intense that it's possible that it can make everyone in that kitchen cry. The right hack is for him should have put in the freezer first for about a minute, cu'z the cold temperature, make every cell in the onion contract thus keeping syn-propanethial-S-oxide contained in the tissue. |

| Nao and clumsy witch cooking? At first I thought, call the fire department as a precaution. But it turned out good, luckily no Mysterious Food X. In the scene with the bee they could have needed Swagamoto. The finger cookies were a bit scary. |

| Hehehe Poor Nao can't cook, though I would be just like her in that situation unless I can deep fry it. Seriously though, I was once blending up some soup, and it kind of burst and soup flew everywhere, and I have been scared of blending things since. Seeing her struggle like that is both entertaining and kind of tense for me because I really didn't want her to get cut or anything. And I didn't know you could heat up onions first to stop yourself from crying... Gotta try that one day. Love the finger cookies too. Rest of the second half was nice too. And Akane slowly slept her way into the house, and now she has a futon. |

| I'm sure that Flying Witch would do much better with me if there wasn't an already superior Tanaka-kun in this season. Good show still, no worries here. |
