I find setting the bar low on things like this help manage expectations and make me feel better about whatever the final showing will be. I'd personally prefer they stick to the OVA format to ensure it stays in line with the production quality from 2199. |

| Wasnt expecting this at all, but still great news for me since I loved the first season, more space opera and yamato goodness! I honestly tought we would never see an adaptation of the original second season. |

| I pray Xebec does the production again. The OVA format they went with was amazing. I had never seen anything Yamato related until Peter from JList posted a figure of Yuki Mori from 2199. I checked it out for her and stayed because of the characters, story, action, and how new/old school the characters looked. It sits as my 10th favorite anime of all time. |
