The Kansen 3 h-series added some new elements relating to Unknown Level 4 with additional symptoms and protagonists actually had weapons. It's kinda weird that they skipped #4... unless they are tetraphobic... So far the only fansubbed h that was really worth watching this year so far was the following (all 28-30 minute eps): Stringendo (continuation from previous years) Kyonyuu Fantasy Saishuu Chikan Densha NEXT Molester (3rd series of Midnight Sleazy Train) |

| This hentai is blasphemy. Kansen 5 my ass. I don't see any of the Kansen elements that made the original series so appealing. It's a disgrace to the original series that previous producers built from scratch. The suspense of being trapped in a zombie apocalypse world, the heart-touching reunions and good-byes, the adrenaline rushing suspense and survival instinct; absolutely gone in this piece of crap. All I get is some smelly fatass bastard fucking all these little girls because it's only nature to want to stick a middle finger to the audience for buying this. Kansen is somewhat of a legend on the Chinese net for being an unique hentai that includes ED songs; not only that, but for each of the 6 OVAs of the original hentai series, each ED was in a different language, which gave this series a much glorified distinction compared to the regular "You don't get an ED! What do you think this is? An anime?" This what we get when Mary Jane takes over our beloved series. A plot-filled revolutionary masterpiece, reduced to fat guys fucking your girlfriend. Episode two? No thanks. |

| *IF YOU HAVE NOT SEEN THE SECOND EPISODE SUB OR NOT DO NOT READ THIS! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!* Watched the second episode and some of the problems with the first one are....kinda solved. I have not seen the subs yet so this is all just observation for now but I did get some things out. Kansen ending: Much like every Kansen anime that has ended the main protagonist or...antagonist guy and girl get it on at some of the last scenes and it shows the main female and male character clearly giving in to the sexual pleasure the Kansen disease provides. This is very similar to Kansen 2...Which is giving a lot of appraisal as Kansen 5 doesn't even come close to the good Kansen 2 had. Kansen disease proof: People complained about there not being any real evidence of the Kansen Virus infecting other people but in Episode 2 it solves the problem though very briefly in the final scenes. (In other notes, did they seriously just took 3 sexual injections and still didn't fully contract to the virus? Seriously? Thats some strong women) Kansen bombing: Self explanatory. Much like how there was bombing in Kansen 3 it happens in Kansen 5 though you will be pissed off. Possible backstory?: THIS HAS NOT BEEN CONFIRMED AS THE SUBS HAVEN'T BEEN RELEASED YET. Its just basically filler of some scenes in their cheerleader suits getting it on. This includes the Red Head Girl and The Blue Haired girl. I don't know if this was after or before the Kansen virus has taken some effect on them but all will be explained when the subs come out. Overall: THIS WAS A LET DOWN. In Kansen I expect that some plot comes into play. Kansen 1 kinda had it but Kansen 2 and 3 nipped it in the bud. Kansen 5 has almost...No plot to it what so ever. Its mostly just fap material. Which is kinda bad. I do not recommend watching it if you were a fan of the previous Kansen releases. |

| The Subs finally came out and it is confirmed. It did have a backstory of both girls excluding the tan girl and the other two cheerleaders. This now offsets Kansen 5's....terribleness down a few notches but its confusing as hell if you only watch the first episode. SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS Its pretty much like a tale of a wench...Thats basically it. It also explains the backstory of how she acts like that and her feelings towards everyone getting...well...Getting some. Originally I was gonna rate this a 2. Terrible. But...It did have a backstory and some slight redemption to the series with a moral that again is kansen typed. But please....Try harder next time? END OF SPOILERS! FINAL VERDICT: The worst in the series but if you got subs and make sense of all of this, it ain't all that bad. Meh animation, okay storyline, and okay ending. Its Kansen. If you REALLY want to see more of it, this is for you. If you're not a fan stay away. 4/10 (NOTE: I'm not making a review of this. Making a review of this anime is kinda pointless as it is the worst in the series. If this gets enough pushes however I will make a review to make the fans of the series be cautious of this one.) |

Choices that seems to have no bearing on anything comes back to bite you in the butt 3 hours later when you stand there staring for minutes like a retard and get infected instead of sensibly running away. I haven't played 4 yet, but I looks a lot better. Then again I'm just a sucker for girls with long black hair that wears stockings. |
