| This one probably is one of my favorite episodes because of the whole breaking the shackles. |

| I get the feeling that Mukuro sees Hiei as more than just her second-in-command. |
| So Togashi can write romance! I now only wish that Mokuro had been in this series for more than 10 episodes. She's terribly underused. Despite being such a brief flicker in a long series, I think she's the most interesting character in the series. I'm left wishing that Yu Yu Hakusho ended with Chapter Black and this arc was part of a totally different series, one that could better contain it and develop it. |

| Was i the only one who hoped for Mukuro's win from the start of this so she can become the queen of the Demon realm? I would actually like an ending with her and Hiei together as King and Queen of the Demon realm thou :P they're kinda cute together xD |
| Hmm.. Hiei was defeated. Not bad for Mukuro. But somehow, I have a feeling that the ending will be not that satisfying so I am kinda not looking forward to it as of now. Hopefully, I am wrong. Now, on to Yusuke's fight! |

| Man when those shackles cracked it all clicked together. The bond between Hiei and Mukuro through similar life experiences has been a remarkably intriguing one and this arc's length does a great injustice to how much deeper they could have gone with these characters. |

| Hiei was still falling asleep following just a single use of the Dragon of the Darkness Flame. How impractical of a technique. The next fight between Yusuke and Yomi is definitely one this Three Kings Arc has been building towards, though I am trying to not expect too much from it. |

| Another absolutely beautiful episode. It's really nice what those two friends did for each other. Fight-wise though, it was actually very underwhelming, considering this is fucking Hiei against one of the strongest entities in the universe in one of the final episodes of the series. It's a shame this arc is being so rushed, but whatever. Looks like Yusuke vs. Yomi will deliver some quality ass kicking though! |

| OMGGG so happy that neither of them died. Really liked seeing some of Mukuro's past and glad that her chains are finally gone making her finally let go of her hatred. That hug at the end 10/10. I ship them so hard even through its prob gonna end without romance. |
You are already dead. Anyways, going to finish this show tomorrow, maybe even later today, pretty excited to be done with it. Imagine if this arc wasn't rushed, and before in the preparation of the war Hiei and Mukuro had a scene where she told him about her past and the significance of her shackles, and then in this climatic battle they break(without the use of flashback nonsense). That would of been much more impactful rather than being told who she was and her backstory 10 minutes before having that occur. If Yuyu had used the themes of this arc earlier and in a more balanced fashion throughout the series and this arc was longer this could be so much better. |

| I really appreciate Hiei's arc. I went through the series really annoyed by him, but his actions actually make a lot of sense when the whole story is told. This fight was alright, but the story really made this a good one. Oddly, I feel that next episode hasn't really had a proper buildup, so I'm not that excited for it. We'll see how it goes though. |
| This anime censored Mukuro's real backstory. In the manga her backstory was darker, it gives the fight more meaningful with Hiei. |
