| I really loved this episode!~ * Everyone melancholic at the start. * They go off their separate ways! * End up back together happily~ I hope there'll be a season two sometime in the future >< |
| The ep started off on a slow pace. First ten minutes made me wonder what exactly was going on. I expected the letter Ritsu got to be a song Mio wrote, though it being a love letter would've been interesting. I never expected Mugi to take a job at a fast food chain. With all her assets, you'd think she'd never have to work at all. Azusa taking care of the cat was kinda fitting - even if she had no clue how to do so. Loved the synchronized yawning and stretching. Yui and Ui had their usual 'moe' moments. I kinda figured Yui would invite the other girls over, even if they told her they couldn't make it. It's as if she figured they wouldn't have anything to do after all - aside for Mugi, who actually had a good excuse. The 'cold hands' jokes made this episode more than worth it. Overall, this has been one of the best shows I've seen till date. Not THE best ever, but close enough. A bit more music would've made it even better, but this worked for me too. A second season is pretty much impossible right now due to the manga only being slightly ahead of the anime now with its latest chapter. As much as I'd like to see one, it'll probably not happen anytime soon. Maybe the success of the show will result in one being made eventually, but for now, I'm not counting on it. Besides, KyoAni probably didn't expect it to become this big in the first place and I also think this served more as an appetizer for the new Haruhi episodes. |

| I love the slice-of-life feel of the episode, executed pretty well I think :D If I had to choose, this is probably my favourite episode out of the whole series - it would've been awesome if they managed to squeeze in a performance, but of course that didn't happen :P I absolutely love Ritsu without her handband! My heart skipped a beat when she first walked out of her house, I was like omg Ritsu you're so cute!! And this is coming from a girl too :P It's funny how the love letter turned out to be lyrics - I'm interested in hearing the song XD.. I like the idea of how everyone went their separate ways and then ended up together again at the end :3 Overall, K-ON is not necessary an omg this is so AWESOME anime for this season, but it was entertaining so I guess it's okay. I'll give it a 7.5/10...round it up to an 8/10 XD |

| When Ricchan took off her headband and looked in the mirror.. my first though was 'wait, that's Ritsu right?' I thought it looked like Yui *shrug* If I'd seen it for longer, I probably would have noticed differences. Azu-nyan was the one who noticed the cat in the beginning, I found that amusingly ironic. And ending up taking care of Azu-nyan 2 was cute. I liked that the first thing she did when she panicked was to call up Yui. Did anyone else find it a little disconcerting that the only guys shown in the entire show was Ricchan's brother and his friend, and only for a few moments in the last episode. |

| Pretty cool episode, nothing really particularly interesting going on, but it did have a lot of things taking place. Overall a good series. Only wish they would have concentrated more on the music theme, and given Tsumugi more spotlight time. Other than that, I liked it! :) |
| it was a nice episode, altough i was expecting somethig more for the last one, i really liked to see mio in the beach and azusa taking care of the cat. Ritsu's hair look a lot better without the hairband, really... and those lyrics were also very nice. |

| cute episode, the kitty, ritsu with bangs, mugi working, everyone with red noses. i thought ritsu looked like yui when she had her hair down and the music mio was listening to on the train sounded like the lovely complex theme |
| Eh, I love slice of life so this episode was just my cup of tea. It was a cool extra to see, and left things open for imagination like a good SOL should on the last episode. I wish they came out with more songs, though. Something like the amount of songs NANA did was just right for me, but then again, NANA had many more episodes than K-On!. WELL. 9/10 from me. Very awesome show, I enjoyed every episode of it. x3 |

| Very cute episode, one of the best of the series if not the best. K-ON is better off with a pure slice of life setting and development, and didn't gain much from the music and live concerts overall, the plot remains exactly the same and only the atmosphere and characters are sustaining the show in the end. It's pretty much the same thing with Vakyria Chronicles, which doesn't gain anything from the military setting ;) |

| That was nicely different. Good episode. Loved the whole anime. Great songs as OP/ED and a few nice ones during the performances. Definitely one of my faves of this season. 9/10 Looking forward to blu-ray. |

 ...and the only prescription is more cowbell! A VERY weak 7/10 for now because of the ED and because I could only resist Mio and Azu-nyan's moeblob to a certain point. |
| Just a random episode but suited the series well. No real surprises on what the girls do when they are not in the club. Mio owned Ritsu at the end so gotta love that. |

| SEASON 2 TIME! |
| I was behind in this series because of school, but it's finally over. Not a bad anime, 8/10. I would score it higher, but even as a slice of life fan, the same concepts are starting to bore me. The slice of life concept isn't as fresh as it was when I watched Lucky Star or something, so it only gets 8/10 from me. (Probably could have gotten 9/10 otherwise) |

| Can't believe its finally over, Overall this anime took me by surprise, I never imagined it would get as big as it got, and I never imagined that I would like it so much. Unfortunately, I'm not sure if we'll get a season 2 in the foreseeable future, however you gotta believe! I thoroughly enjoyed K-ON!, its just another example of KyoAni magic, making everything they touch into gold. 10/10 (so far the best anime of 2009) |
