Arlong, and many of the members of his own pirate crew, were all part of the Sunny Pirates.
And, I'm not 100% sure that he's mad at Luffy over that. He may be thinking of going after Arlong for the things he did. As far as I could tell, what exactly Jimbei was thinking is ambiguous. Either Luffy or Arlong is going to have a ticked off whale shark on their butt. But, then again, I read the One Manga scan, and Hayato said there may be problem with that. But, how do you know which is right?
The thing with Jimbei was all that really interested me. The prisoners on the boat aren't too bright. The whole "Gasp! This guy is related to this guy" thing is getting a little old. It's already been done with Luffy alone several times. Overall, it was an okay chapter.

On a more serious note, I'll point out the parts of where the Hueco Mundo scan felt inaccurate.
1. Pg. 6 - HM scan translates the ability to talk to fish is unique to Fishmen (Arlong, Jinbei etc.) while sharks is apparently surprising.
On the other hand, BT scans translates that ability is only possessed by Merfolk (Caimie, which she showed in a previous chapter) but apparently calling in sharks is also surprising.
Note: Merfolks are different from Fishmen. Merfolks = Mermaids/Merman, Fishmen(or Fishfolk,idk) = Fishmen/Fishwoman.
To further prove my point, during Hachi's cover story, pg. 182-228 (where Caimie was first introduced, by the way) we met a Fishwoman named Octopako who is certainly not a mermaid.
Anyway.. my point being is that the HM scan suggests that Fishmen has been able to talk to fish, which until the recent chapters hasn't been shown.
While BT scan, which I feel more accurate, states that Merfolks were the only ones known to have that ability, which was, of course, shown before.
Now this might be the most important part of my point - both scans do have a similar point and that is: Jinbei being different from his "Violent/Barbarian" kind - which would explain how no Fishmen has been showed with the ability to talk to fish before.
2. Pg. 7 - Probably the most discussed page of this chapter.
One thing to note from each scan:
HM scan translate the first panel of Jinbei's line as "You have given me another chance to save Ace..!! I am forever in your debt!"
BT scan = "Thanks to you, I have been granted a chance to save Ace-san's life...!!! I owe you a heavy debt..."
Afterwards, in the HM scan Jinbei started to think the lines:
"This current situation is my priority..." (<= The first line here is what seems off comparing to the BT scan and his previous line altogether) "I am humble and grateful to you, but..." [Arlong] "I shall let that go for now".
[In this scan, one can easily think that Jinbei is putting aside some kind of anger and animosity towards Luffy because of Arlong (from the words "but" and "I shall let that go for now")]
BT scan = "Even aside from this whole incident..... I feel a certain amount..." "...of gratitude... and guilt... towards you..." [Arlong] "But let us put that aside..." (Now I don't know about you, but that, along with his previous line felt more accurate.)
[While from this scan, it is pretty clear to me (debatable) that what he felt was gratitude but also guilt, then he thought of Arlong (which to me, makes perfect sense since Luffy was the one who "took care" of Arlong, Jinbei's former subordinate/nakama, who in fact, was a racist, who we all know almost took over the East Blue]
All of this is still debatable though, and I actually wouldn't mind if Jinbei did in fact, have some kind of grudge against Luffy, I think it'd be interesting.
3. Pg. 11 - No big thing but it did bother me a bit.
In the HM scan, it states that they received information about Buggy's past.
While in the BT scan, they "have since uncovered information" and "furthermore uncovered information" which makes more sense since that Marine was going through files, which would also explain why they did not know about Buggy's past till they actually did research (because we all know Buggy was/is no big threat.)
4. Pg 12 - Pretty clear to anyone how HM scan dropped the ball on this one, that BT scan dribbled and dunked with.
5. Pg. 16 - I just like Buggy's speech from Binktopia.

It's pretty much speculation, but given that the HM version came out a day early, I wouldn't be surprised at all if they rushed it and didn't do it accurately. To be honest, I never fully trust the accuracy of fan translations. Still, I do think that the BT scan version of Jimbei's dialogue better fits his character, so, again, I'm inclined to agree that it's more accurate. At the very least, they seem to understand the character better.
Ace... comon faster you boats, and I say boats because of the probably thousands of others mobilizing to take advantage or participate in the said war.
I wonder how Buggy's new reputation is going to play out and just how much Luffy's and his bounties will go up XP
Should be awesome.
I started to doubt whether Bon Clay really died. His death was ridiculed by Buggy and I believe that Oda wouldn't ever allow it if he really died. Also, Luffy says that we can't be sure that he is dead, and usually Luffy's insticts are very accurate.
Seems like Franky's page story is over, I wonder who comes next. I hope it's Usopp!

I can handle Bon not dying, because he did sacrifice his freedom, which is just as significant. I just wish Oda hadn't thrown in that little memorial poem to make it look like Bon was going to die.
It wouldn't surprise me if Oda allowed Buggy to mock Bon's death. Buggy is still as much of a villian as he ever was. Besides, Crocodile openly mocked the citizens and soldiers of Alabasta for killing one another.
Like I said previously, the way Oda has set himself up, the first death (if he ever shows one) that he does will be such a huge event, that it will once again change the outlook on the entire plot of the story.
Since the epic breakout, I've been in huge suspense of the pirates getting to marine HQ. Buggy was an apprentice of the gold roger pirates?? I couldn't believe it either. Bon Clay's situation is rather sad, you think he'd be killed right there but he just might of been thown in a cell.. or the blackbeard pirates intervene at the last second and save his life.
Woah, Shiryuu joining Blackbeard, that was actually making a lot of sense. He'd fit in rather nicely. And still can't believe Crocodile is with Luffy and the other escapees, but darn that's one badass character to have around.
lol What a conversation is right! Oh Buggy, I like how the marines somehow manage to make him shine here. haha Even I didn't realize Buggy could have been that big on association alone. Luffy, well, by association he's by far has it at its most ridiculous.
And the flashback of the Ace-Luffy brotherly moment, wish I could see more of that.
Only 3 hours.. it's a loooong wait for the next installment, however. It's getting pretty good.
Sure it doesn't make sense when discussing the latest chapter, but for all the previous chapters it makes perfect sense. So people won't spoil in the chapter 548 topic what happens in chapter 549.
Ugh, I can't believe all those guys ALL survived Magellan's poison! But, it is great how Buggy takes advantage of the horrible news that his infamous backstory of being a cabin boy on GOL D. ROGER's ship to make himself seem like a god to all the more powerful escaped prisoners. Alas, the time for the tears to flow like waterfalls approaches as Ace mounts the execution platform...
