| Modelling includes both drawing and turning those images to 3D which isn't an easy job but 2D feels more authentic and I'm not a fan of photo-realistic images and sequences. Also, 3D animation gets old quick due to new technologies but it's also more detailed. I'm biased towards 2D because of older Disney movies and anime. |
| it depends on my mood honestly. Since real people live in a sphere 3D that is part of a 4D hypershpere I would say 3D is not a bad second...at least 2/3D objects don't divorce you ^_^; |

| Logically 2D must look better to anime who loves animes coz if 3D looked better then it would be better for the anime lover to be watching 3D dramas rather than animes. Also if more people were into 3D it would not be worth it to make a anime, would be easier and cheaper to get real actors/actresses to act out a drama than to make an anime. -in 3D, 99% of girls are ugly and 1% are actually pleasent to look at while in anime, most girls are pleasent to look at and very few are actually ugly. -Anime voices FAIL on 3D girls. -Animes are a form of art therefore expressing and exagerating scenery is much more emphasized especially the romantic scenes, use of bright colours such as the ocean, sky, nature, light etc which makes it seem like a kind of wonderland which is extremely beautiful, when you put a 2D character in a scenery like that it boosts her beauty which cannot be done on a 3D girl. -2D girls don't have wrinkles, millions of lines on their skin (skin cells), imperfections on skin etc... Details are good on objects but not so good on humans, the more detail on a human the worse it tends to look, simplistic illustrations often looks much better than full detailed paintings. 2D pretty much beats 3D except for the fact that they arent real and also would be a problem if they were to come into the 3D world as they would be missing the z axis |
