| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Suzuka looked like a romance series that had a lot of potential. Instead of a good romance, we have a semi-ecchi semi-sports romance comedy. It’s a typical girl slowly grows to like the male lead story which makes it way too predictable. And it doesn’t help that Yamato is a stereotypical shounen character either. |

| hm.. suzuka. original? not really. interesting? most definitely :D i will absolutely enjoy this one, even if i do have to watch it in english lol. even though anyone can see suzuka contains a whole lot of the same romance comedy scenarios you see over and over, it's nice and refreshing to see new faces falling in lub :) |

This is one of the older anime, you should be comparing newer anime to THIS, not the other way around. But to get back on topic, not too bad of a first episode actually. I predicted he was going to put the bar higher, but was disappointed that he himself didn't even know he did. Would've been so awesome if he did. =/ |

| Hmm, a clumsy guy with a superhuman girl. I guess this could get pretty interesting, though its not my first time seeing something like this =P. I agree with Origin anime on this one. You should enjoy the series as it is, if you don't like it because it is similar to other plots then you can drop it. I like romance with development and I don't mind if it has a similar plot line =P. |

| Enemy of Women MC, but is there when it counts to save the girl. Hey, least he helped get a new unofficial record? Also it's invalid to consider this predictable considering the airing year, I'll give it a shot at this even though i just came from a similar work "Kimi no iru machi" by the same writer. |
