| LOL, ^^ yeah that comment was funny That number of hours is a lot of training, it probably wasn't quite that many hours while in school but maybe that many the days he was not, basically all the time he wasn't in school he would be training. Sleeping more than 5 or 6 hours is a luxury anyway. One can train themselves to need less sleep then they can accomplish more and if you are raised that way from an early age it becomes normal. Any serious enough about their training - where they approach it as life and death would be that way, - special forces soldiers are trained to be able to operate on no or little sleep for long periods of time. But no matter what field one does not become the best by lying around sleeping when their more competitive peers might be using those extra hours. So anyone getting 8 hours a day of sleep would be at a disadvantage in many other ways. From what I added up from the numbers she was saying her count was wrong anyway and it was more like 10 hours per day, I don't see how her count adds up to 15. |
