| Dat animation! When you think about it, the outcome was SO obvious, and yet the tension managed to make such a huge impact on me, my pulse went out of control lol, a bit more and I could faint, honestly. Lol @Touou members' faces, reminded me of something. I felt really sad when Touou's senpais had to leave after losing (with swollen eyes), but that's how it works. Incidentally, their loss to Touou was episode 18 of season 1, which meant they had spent an entire season to get to this point -- where they could evenly match Touou. This is pretty decent by anime standards in terms of the speed of protagonists powering up. Let's keep track of developments since their last loss: 1) An elite center, an uncrowned king rejoins the team. He improves their rebounding, defense and offense in the post. His passing sense, along with Kuroko's, completes their run and gun style. 2) Hyuga learns the barrier jumper. 3) Kuroko learns vanishing drive, ignite pass kai and discovers the use of overflow. 4) Kagami has become a more mature and dependable player. He has worked on his jumps and left hand. He also trained with his master in the US 5) Their fitness have probably improved by leaps and bounds. If they still lose to Touou a second time despite Aomine not training since then (or rather since Teiko), that would prove that indeed hard work is useless and that would make the manga shitty. |

| Trembling! Can't stop it either! I am worried about the remaining episodes though. The Yosen and Rakuzan games are even longer than the Touou game, and they only have another 8 episodes. Between them are alse the back story to the generation of miracles. I really hope they have another season planned! I'd be greatly disappointed if they changed everything up by now! |

Also, people who say this game was long didnt watch Slum Dunk for sure.IMO this match took the best possible amount of episodes.Well, maybe 1 too much at most.Still, freaking awesome. | That was epic!! I was extremely excited throughout the entire episode from start to finish. This was easily the best episode of the season thus far and it had amazing animation too! the music, I loved it when they started playing the old theme song I thought that was wonderful. Everything about this episode was perfect couldn't have asked for a better episode. So glad Seirin finally won! can't wait to see their future matches with some improvements as well. |
