| Eh, I've been meaning to post in this topic sooner... - Angela - 23 - Maryland, United States of America - reading, drawing, nature...Uh, just look at my Crunchyroll profile. I don't feel like rattling off my entire list here. - Ugh. I really can't pinpoint what got me into anime and manga. I know the whole Pokemon boom in the U.S. really had a profound effect; I think there were probably other anime series I had seen prior to that, but I wasn't aware of them being anime. Though, I've always enjoyed animation in general. I grew up watching tons of cartoons produced by the Warner Bros., MGM, Hanna-Barabera, and such, and I decided to pursue other animated media. - GarnetJello - I think I found Crunchyroll accidentally when I was trying to find somewhere else other than YouTube to watch fansubs of Patalliro! and Galaxy Express 999. (Alas, neither of those shows are on Crunchyroll anymore, and I have to resort to downloading them.) |
