Queen's Blade: Rurou no Senshi Episode 4 Discussion

No one follow this in Japan when it airs? Finally me say that is a good plot element with less ecchi. Me make it quick, what I liked: Leina and her journey traveling. Claudette's flashbacks of her and Leina when they were young. That was really kawaii! (cute) Leina getting food problems because of wrong mushroom. NANAEL! She really was much more in this episode than anything and me liked it a lot (actually is character I decided to marry so is why). Liked all of her in this episode and me wonder if she get better role than supervising Queen's Blade. Flashbacks of Leina and Risty's friendly times. The fight between Leina and Claudette, it was good. Seeing during that fight Claudette's behind and front exposed...she not so bad after all but Nanael is best. Seeing some of Tomoe and Shizuka. Background info on past of Leina and Claudette.
What I did not like:


Fight was good! Not fair though, Claudette has powers, Leina none yet that me see. What all think?


At least we get to see behind of Claudette. All like?


Menace next episode! Me cannot wait! She look nice! Want to see! What all think?

Claudette has some really bad armor. I guess it was almost a decent fight; needs more Tomoe though. The Blue Rose at the end was appealing though.

really the sister vs sister plus showing their pasts really hands down this just really something.

& little lol for the mushroom (yea they really mess ya up) & nanael's milk geez nanael just got milk'd.

plus i'm certain reina might have survive (really if they whacked her it like simon got whacked & kamina survive).

next ep we get to meet egypy mikuru aka menace (really having hard time to imagine mikuru in that outfit).

I have one question : It's a piano version of the ending we can hear on the end of episode 4 ?
And it's Menasu the name of the pharaoh girl no ? (Or... Who is Mikuru ?)

Not sure about that, the ED song of this that have seen, is not mentioning it in piano. Maybe there will another ED2 CD out of this. A lot of my friends spending crazy money on this stuff. Apparently it is high quality.

claudette vs riena interesting, and its revealed that she is an illegitimate child of the count and thats why reina has to be the heir, don't know why she never realized it

Lol, the fight between Reina and Claudette was laughable. I'm not even gonna comment about the boobs anymore since we will be seeing lots more of them throughout the series..

Man this series is getting progressively worse and incoherent already. I Freaking HATE when main characters stay continuously weak over the course of the story (See prime example: Naruto) It's so retarded. The first four episodes have featured Reina getting whomped by some annoying opponent and basically getting put down like a dog. It's embarrassing how weak she is and hardly makes me want to root for her. It makes me feel she's just so whiney brat. And we're supposed to believe she'll become strong enough in time when she hasn't improved an inch through a third of the season???

FAIL.

I think she got some secret power or something. She can't fight Tomoe in the final in this state.

I wanted to be more surprised by perverted scenes, but instead I was surprised by lack thereof. Nanael's voice makes me want to rip my ears off. Needs more Tomoe and Nyx.

Not the worst episode, the previous one was worse. The next one will be about Tomoe and Shizuka kicking Menace's ass, I suppose. At least, I'd appreciate that. Shizuka is so cute and I just hate Menace for some reason...

I finally decided to drop it. (Don't have much time >.>)

OMG WOW i wasnt expecting that to happen Leina was one of the top characters i'd expect to make it near the end. But i guess it cant be helped since this is a 13 ep series and that is definitely not enough time for shounen style story progression. Regardless, i was still pretty sad about her falling :(

Surprisingly this anime has a solid (or solid enough) storyline. Definitely better than something like Ikki Tousen.

I gotta lol at the armor though man. It offers such good protection of vital organs.

Kinda messed up about Claudette and the illegitimate daughter thing.

Reina will be fine, she's the main character well one of. Tomoe is the other.

Surprise surprise, another unimpressive episode.

yes. better tahn ikki tousen. I also liked that this episode was quite emotional for me. Damn that sucks for Claudette, she should just try to follow and join Reina in her quest since she now realizes the misunderstanding of the fathers smile.

That was actually a somewhat decent episode. Lovely how a seemingly serious scene is almost always ruined by random fan service. And, yes, I know it's an ecchi series and it comes with the territory, but those ecchi shots really shouldn't be used in serious moments regardless.

I liked Claudette's past, but I still feel sorry for Reina. I wonder what will happen next ^^

that angel was pretty funny at times and i like how Leina eat that mushroom first thinking it was not bad then a few seconds later she thought it was horrible lol did she not learn some mushrooms contain poison in them.

i noticed this snake woman loves to take her underwear more off then the other characters since i many times notice the snake somewhere else then covering her.

the battle was pretty nice but it was fast over when Claudette got serious if she was even going all out already.

i don't think that can be the end of Leina's life for some reason she has to survive i think cause for me she is the main character of this show as well as this priest Tomoe or how ever you spell it also the character page shows her as main so i don't think she can be death so easy and early in the show + it sounded like water was running down there.

My first anime series I've watched back in 2012 and it feels great rewatching it again. I love this series. It's what got me into anime.

Anyway, Great episode. It was saddening to see them 2 go through what they went but it brings a bond that's even greater.

Damn Leina really can't catch a break, now she lost against her sister, though she obviously will survive that fall :P Claudette's oppai though O_O

Better episode than I expected it to be. Solid back story episode about the two Vance sisters.

Seems like there is a complicated relationship between Reina and Claudette. Finally we could see Claudette tits too. I were really excited to see them, ya know.

The animation was great and the story was nice too. It was nice that she let her go. It meant that she let her be free which was her wish, rather than be the next heiress. In other words, she responded to Reina's feeling. I highly doubt Reina is dead since she have got so much screen-time. This things are only seen in GoT. :D

Anyways, Egyptian girl next time against Tomoe-sama. Gonna be interesting to see the next Queen's blade fight.

LOL. I thought most of the anime that got people's atteention was Pokemon, DB and Naruto (or maybe OP). This is something new I have read. So QB got you into anime world, what a perv you are! ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Man whoever voices the blue haired angel in the dub may have the most annoying voice I've ever heard lol
