your best character in Noir?

what is your best character in Noir ?

for me its simple...Chloe ! shame, that Kirika kills her in the final episodes !

I love both Kirika and Mireille ^^

Kirika I don't like her, always being bored and very sad, Mireille is a lovely character, pretty and determined !

Chloe is awsome! She really is the Shin no Noir.. But I love Mireille very much too!

I love all of the characters, but my favorite is Mireille. Even though she's not quite as good with fighting as Kirika and Chloe, she makes up for it by adding a more stable, emotional aspect to Noir, and sort of "balancing" the partnering with Kirika that way.

It's probably individual, but Chloe thumbs-up wins this. Not only she is the best assasin out of these three, she is cold-blooded, mysterious and beautiful.
Kirika is great aswell, except her confusion "omg, who am I?" and sensetivity, which is lovely, yet doesn't look too good for assasin.
Finally, Mireille is just... blond. Just look, how he fights. With Chloe you clearly understand that she is superior. With Mireille it's more like "hey, she won. Somehow. Again" James Bond style.

My personal favorite character would properly be Kirika or Chloe, Becouse they are just so cool :), especially when they kick ass.

In my opinion on of the greatest moments in the series is the first figthing scene, in episode one, it just sets the mood for the intierer series, and i just love the background music for that scene (Salva nos)

I <333 Chloe as well ^^.. Although You might want to hide that with a spoiler lol There might be a poor unsuspecting Noir fan who's yet to finish the series somewhere ^^;

There really wasn't a character in the series I didn't like. Kirika and Mireille are great because they work off of each other so well in the series which is what I loved about them and why there at the top of my list of fav. characters in the show. Now my #1 in the series tho is Silvana, that's right! She's so crazy and over the top that the two episodes she’s in are what really made me like this show so much when I first watched it.

I both love Kirika and Mireille. But if I had to choose I think it is Kirika.

Chloe is the first anime char I'm able to say "Yes, that's what I would do in this situation". She's deadly, but not cruel. She's friendly when she's speaking, even to her enemies. She is focused on few persons, for whom(?) she would do 'everything' (a little bit like a dog).

Plus, her look is very very cool. I like her cape and her knives.

I can absoluetly identify myself with Chloe! Episode 25 is the sweetest and also sadest episode of the whole anime for me. Because of the first 5 and the last 5 minutes.

Some people mentioned that Chloe is some kind of 'sociopath', because she shows very little compassion. But maybe just because it wouldn't fit with her job as an assassin - and that's her greatest passion: to be the best assassin and fight on the side of her loved Kirika. That's what she's training for since she witnessed the murder of Mireille's family.

On one side, she seems to be so cold. On the other side, the scenes in which she shows her love to Altena and Kirika are just too awesome.

I like Mireille the most. She's so beautiful and smart, and she's very sensitive.

Chloe

Chloe was the best in my opinion but kirika is close second

I prefer Kirikia by far. I love that silent personality of her. Gives her a lot of style. She had a dark past so she's also dark. She's young but very mature.

Perfect character.

Although I liked El Cazador de La Bruja a little more, from the Bee Train "girls with guns" trilogy, Kirika is my favortie, beating Nadie and Ellis easily.

My understanding from translations of the production materials is that Noir was written as a Catholic salvation narrative. Two women whose lives are filled with darkness become the light in each others life, and that light ultimately leads them both out of the darkness. I like both Mireille and Kirika because ultimately their story is about love and how that love transforms their lives for the better. That's the real strength of Noir as an artistic work. If I have to pick I identify more with Mireille than Kirika.

Chloe is a cool character concept but her story is that of a child enthralled with murder, and her fixation on Kirika is based on a love for the personification of murder and not love of Kirika as a person. Kirika's real persona is ultimately disposable to Chloe. There is a lot wrong with Chloe.

Altena is a great artistic concept too but there is more wrong with her than Chloe.
