| The arc started out funny, but I didn't care for it. It reminded me of Shaman King and considering I dropped that series I obviously didn't enjoy all that spirit joining. Lame ending, too. |

| Gotta admit that this arc ended weaker compared to how it started, but it was still enjoyable. Random dude was hilarious though xD Yeah, Rei's death stays a mystery I guess.. I really wouldn't mind her showing up once in a while scaring Gintoki xD |

| The only funny parts of this arc were Xavier popping out of nowhere and Gintoki's singing. I was expecting a little more background on Rei but oh well. I'm just glad it ended quickly. |
| A pretty weak arc from a storytelling perspective. A crap load of loose ends like how Otose plays into this and Rei's backstory. |

| The ending was a tad too predictable and rushed (things solved seemingly too easily? kind of an anti-climax there). Wondering how old is the mistress and how Rei died as well... Though i do enjoy the funny scenes in the first few episodes especially, and oh Gintoki's singing! |

| It took them 2 hours(!) to complete this "ghost arc" and only very few laughs were had. It wasn't very moving either and with Gintama arcs, if it doesn't move you or make you laugh a lot, there's something really wrong. The first episode was cute and fun but the rest was just kind of odd, nonsensical and mostly not funny. The ending was also really anti climatic, so many loose plotpoints... Though the Xavier guy was bad ass! I hope he comes back as a minor character xD Oh hey, next episode appears to be the Gintama we all know and love! HOORAY |

| This is my absolutely least favorite arc of Gintama. Not funny, nor dramatic. It's just kind of there. Rei was the only good thing about this arc, and she didn't get fleshed out enough (pun not intended) I'm just glad this arc is over in hopes of getting into something better. |

| I don't know if anyone else noticed but, Rei's neck is wrapped with some sort of dressing or bandage...maybe it's got to do with the way she died...maybe an accident of some sort...or she hadan illness like a bad throat...who knows... |

| There were some funny parts, but the majority of this episode was slow and boring. These monologues that amount to nothing more than pointless drivel never used to be a big thing in Gintama, but now they're showing every other episode. I want to see Gin fighting a ninja for the last copy of Shonen jump on the top of a moving truck. I want to see Sudaharu grow to massive proportions and be stopped by Gin and company playing catch in a baseball stadium with two mikos. I want to see Otsu become Shinsengumi's chief-for-a-day and make a fool out of them in public, only to be kidnapped and rescued by Mako-chan (the centaur costume operated by Gin, Shinpachi, and Kagura). When I start watching Gintama, ten minutes of some old woman with a purple buzzcut talk about her epiphany that she was all alone is the very last thing I want to see. And what's up with Gin lately? He's turning into your stereotypical role-model main character. Gin used to be the guy who would try to win a duel by cutting his opponent's wooden sword to the core so it would break when swung. The current Gin wouldn't even think about doing such a thing. |

| Gin's Buwahahaha while possessed by Rei is so awesome. :D And Gin's hair are so cool now, I'd like to have the same style as well. XD Loli -alive- Rei was so cute. I wonder how she died. :( And lol at that Second Stand Kagura version. Wow, Otae version of Gin looks good! But that Niku version was priceless. Shinpachi popping out of Gin's ass and Kagura in front of his dick. XD Rofl at Xavier takes her out nonchalantly without giving a fucks or two! Like a BOSS! Why the fuck is Xavier so awesome? When Gin's Stand was sucked out, Xavier returns again. So cool XD A cliche way to end the arc but I'm not complaining. Funny and sad truly sums it up |
