| this was such a bittersweet episode! i love such cute heartwarming episodes....and this anime starts to remind me alot of clannad :),if only it was longer I don't think Rika will be fine...but i hope she will :),i'm seriously thinking giving this a 9 or a 10 5/5 for the episode |

parfaited said: yeah, it didnt fustrate me as much but it was still a drag to watch, maybe JUST MAYBE if this series had a better sense of its surrounding and didnt haphazardly switch between slapstick comedy and drama in the matter of an instant and maybe if they made the relationip's progression less hindered by the most bullshit misunderstandings and overreactions then this could have been a really emoitonal series and episode, but no......its still shit. Rika and Yuiichi are so cute... I feel so bad cause I don't think she's going to make it... but I really hope she does! Zebra Mask is the best character though XD But... what is wrong with the nurses and doctors of this anime!? That car race... D: |

| My stomach hurt from laughing when the doctor started roaring the very instant he finished talking to Yuuichi. How hammy can you get? XD It's a shame all the (intentional) gag and comedy scenes this anime has aren't funny in the least. This anime has one of the most scatterbrained, unfocused narratives I've ever seen. It doesn't build up to any of its scenes, events, or revelations; and promptly forgets about them entirely the moment they're finished. Nothing happened in this episode besides having a bunch of stock characters chatting with each other over inconsequential details that contribute nothing to the premise. Narcissu and Niji no Kanata ni are visual novels that do everything this anime does better, and the latter isn't even an hour long. |
