I do know that those two sites are the same as PorkSpin.com:

The guys on those threads were wrong that it isn't malicious when it actually is. They failed to see the problem I am experiencing right now.

Your post has restored my faith in humanity by a tiny bit.

Props.

A fine example of Humanity indead indeed. Humanity's place in this world is safe.

The links you posted states that they are "joke websites". Not "malicious", but "annoying" and "oh fuck, CTRL+ALT+DEL".

I'm gonna ask again, are you trolling?

No, I am not trolling. I am serious. However, I assume that nobody will believe me unless they share the same experience. Generally, if you have visited the website and also have a DSL connection and ended up disconnected, but you decide to reload the page you are browsing by accident, not realizing that you are disconnected, you will become surprised. It is rather difficult to believe and thus, I don't blame you for thinking that this is a troll but it really isn't. Since nobody else had the problem, I guess it is difficult to win your trust.

I have decided to restart my computer after running the Conficker Removal Tool and other programs. I hope the problem will go away afterwards. I feel really tired, lost 2.5 hours just now over it. From now on, I will not click on links carelessly, it is a good lesson yet a too unpleasant one.

I agree with ZinnKid, this has NOTHING to do with Porkspin.com, it's probably A, Human error, or B windows is automatically connecting to you ISP, either way it's not harmful to your computer, just leave it, if you pay per minute for you internet and it still automatically connects after you restart your computer then I would contact your ISP.

P.S. I have DSL and I went to the site and nothing.

Indeed, I believe your current connection issue is unrelated to this. I know there isn't anything wrong with that site cause I looked at the source myself. I have even used similar scripts to annoy the fuck out of people.

And I just decompiled the flash file on the site and also nothing.

Here's all the output code:

Run hijack this or something else to see what services and programs are running on your computer and post the log.

I ran Conficker and it states that I am not infected. I restarted my computer and now, I still have free internet access which is strange. It is not wireless and it is not dialup, because that the wireless switch is off and that dialup cannot be this speedy. Here is a screenshot of my network connections:

Edited: I have made a summary of my current problem for easy understanding on AnimeSuki:
