| Murahama Shouji announced in his blog that he left GONZO and established a new anime company "Lambda Film". He is one of the founders of GONZO and produced "Last Exile", "Full Metal Panic!", "Samurai 7" etc. Source: Murahama's blog GDH abandoned its subsidiary online game company Gonzo Rosso on March 31st. Although the online game was the only profit-making department of GDH, they decided to invest all of their resources to anime production. The amount of debt of GDH has been in excess of their total asset. | I think this might be real news, since I don't think a lot Japanese ppl actually do any pranks on April Fools day. plus, April 1st is the beginning of a fiscal year for them so today might be a good day to start a company? |

I think Murahama's new company is likely to be true because it would be quite unpleasant for the Gonzo staff to see such a bad joke in this situation. |

| I have a generally love/hate relationship with Gonzo and I know they had it coming, but damn...hope Shangri-La helps them out even a little bit, cause that looks like a really good show at least. |
