holy shit, awesome comeback by reiji.
"boats row backwards, so i was always closer to the goal"

Hmmm. now i feel sorry for the former policeman. I dislike tragic stories, but i just can't seem to hate them enough to make me drop an episode - or the whole anime in some cases.

Next episode seems interesting
onto the next one>>>>

Better for me. Now the X-CONs are dead humans revived as killing machines, and the most advanced ones might actually be any human in the world. Shit's getting interesting... and on top of that, the dude was actually kinda human, at 11:45 PM he would be possessed by the machine and kill without even wanting it, he would witness how his machine half would mercilessly slaughter, shit sucks man...

Waiting for the next episode ^^

Awesome episode! We've started to touch base a little bit on the ''X-cons'' and the mysteries behind them. It seems as though there is more to them then meets the eye. I like how everything is taking a slow pace and all falling together. Looking forward to the next!

So they use dead corpses to create the X-cons? Maybe not all of them have their memories from when they where alive but this guy kept some of his memories and that why he suffered since he remembered his human side.

I just wish she would destroy both companies. They are both evil experimenting with people like that and trying to create such weapons.

Shouldn't Ryoko be in school? I find her to be extremely annoying! I hope Child Protective Services picks her up soon.

Really sad episode, the guy was a good person at heart, but suffering from a choice not his own.
Also, like OP said great comeback by the Reiji.

This series hasn't been very good but this episode is astoundingly terrible. Was that ridiculous story about the detective killing himself supposed to be funny? Was the DJ he was sued for stalking the "girlfriend" he was talking about? His obsession with what sounds like it could be a radio catchphrase would seem to indicate so. That makes it sound as if he wasn't wrongly accused and really was a pathetic loser, which makes the whole story laughable.

Not to mention that suddenly spending some attention on the X-Cons, which have just been generic monsters to occupy the action-heroine while the real villains are introduced, is rather strange.

It's weird how casual they are about the X-Con getting away. Like, just stop the fucker. The way the killings are handled in this are kind of weird, it's almost like nothing to Masane but you'd think shed actually want to stop innocents from being killed. I'm not buying the episode title for this one, I didn't give a shit about the ex-cop.

The plot is surprisingly interesting and it became more apparent with this episode.

Seems like Masane has gotten quite good at controlling her other form, she doesn't fight mindlessly anymore.
