| In the Viz translation, the "Edo Iroha Karuta game" part is missing, removed from the publication by decision of the editors. Anyone know what it was? |

| It was missing from the Japanese edition as well, probably because the proverb would've been the following: "Kattai no kasa urami. (Even the leper envies the syphilitic.)" At least that's the most common at the "ka" part of every edo iroha karuta list I could find. And that's not a very appropriate proverb in a shoujo manga, is it? :) |
