| I kinda enjoyed this episode more than the previous ones. Indeed, the eyepatch removal scene was really sudden. And of course, the Mikan and Lapis's little fight was pretty amusing too >_< |

| I enjoyed this episode as well. I'm looking forward to knowing more about what this guys motives are, and perhaps, more about Itsuki's father as well. They mentioned him a lot in this episode. I think the eyepatch came off so fast because Itsuki's using it more willingly now - which may come into play later in the show. Me thinks, anyway :D |

| in truth i thought this episodes story went way to fast, it was like bang here bang there new character and new arc. there were to many holes for my liking but it'll be interesting to see how they answer all my questions |

| Someone shoot me and spare me the trouble of trying to make out this show's terrible and annoying chronology. I got the OP/ED single yesterday, and I totally didn't expect "Faith" (the English version of the OP) to actually play in the show. It was a pleasant surprise. Other than that, this episode moved a bit too fast for my liking. But what the hell, Nekoyashiki screentime! Whoohoo! |
| hmm, interesting episode, and lolis!!! the most amusing part was the fight between mikan and lapis, it was cute. i want to know more about itsuki's father, since he seemed like a really powerful mage, and if he knew the glam sight, which no other mage has been able to understand, then he must have had some secrets. it seems like the basilisk's eye has something to do with glam sight as well... the storyline is at least getting more interesting... i say that ghost girl (damn, i forgot her name) needs more screen time... i kinda like her =3 |

| I don't know, but these last 2 episodes have been enough to vault this show up to #2 for the fall season (behind Kaiji which is just....amazing). This was just really interesting with the powerful alchemist and the homonucleus who now has a basilisk eye to combat the glam sight. I can't wait for the next episode. |
| LOLI's, the show made itself right there. but seriously, you'd think itsuki would have a little more knowledge about the magic world. i mean i'm sure many of the fellow viewers here know of atleast some of the terms/people (things) that have been talked about. play enough video games or watch tv and you pick up random what nots. has this guy been living under a rock his entire life, c'mon he's got a freaking red eye and yet has no idea whats what in the world of magic. |

| There's no way we can know how Itsuki has lived so far. The only thing we know is that he has had no instruction whatsoever about the magic world, so we can't expect him to know all sorts of stuff that he comes across. And he has, indeed, shown signs of knowing minimal stuff. I believe he did that with the headless horseman in episode 2. |
| First of all, wow. I love the "FAITH" opening. :D Looks like Mikan-Lapis "loli" fight is the highlight~ Itsuki is such a n00b president. He just couldn't resist any beautiful ladies. So Astral wind up with some homonculus and an alchemist with a history with the company. Omoshiroi. |

| I dunno, some animes can pull off this oh-so-stereotpyical plotline and make it seem at least interesting. I REAAALLY hope this doesnt turn into one of those "She's a human just like us!" things.... then Lapis realizes she can make her own decisions, disobeys her master, group fight yaaaaayy.... blech. I am actually really hoping that Lapis turns out to be evil. That would be an interesting twist from the norm; the homonculus actually isnt human, and Itsuki's belief in kindness and humanity actually would cause him to have made a grave mistake in trusting Lapis. Then he would realize that had he had more magical knowledge, he could have prevented this. THEN this anime might get bumped up to an 8. |
