| one of the seemingly few married. ^^ when i was younger, i never thought it would happen. oddly enough, my husband and i met online, on a mmorpg, and to top it off, we lived an ocean apart. we made it work though, and visited with each other when possible, talked all the time, and eventually i moved to england and we were soon married. considering he's my best friend, my gaming partner, and my ultra comfy security blanket, i wouldn't have it any other way. sure, there's drama in relationships, but the good generally out weighs the bad. hell, i had to get a visa just to make mine work in the long run. if it's meant to be, it'll happen, and when it does, it's a wonderful thing. |

I can't say I'm happy with it but I'd rather wait or even stay single for the rest of my life than having someone I wouldn't be able to trust fully.. You could say I'm waiting for the right one.. but I'm really unsure if I'll ever find that special someone (not being pessimistic here; just realistic ;) ) |
| I've been in my first relationship for over 4 and a half years now. We met in college while doing AS Level French, and have been together since. We have survived a lot of stuff, including him crushing on another girl, and me going and living in Japan for 10 months. In fact, so solid is our relationship that on our recent trip to Paris, he asked me to marry him :) So now we are engaged. Though we won't be getting married soon since we have another year tiol we graduate uni, then we have to do teacher training and find teaching jobs. Then save up for a mortgage so we can move in together (renting is a waste of money nowadays). Then we can get married :P So maybe 4 years time. If we are lucky. |

| bah, single. i have a girl who's too obsessed with being single and just fucking random dudes (as well as my close friends) to realize that i like her. ah, life... you go from not being able to let go of feelings for a year after being dumped by a girlfriend of over 3 years to liking a slut who tells tells you everything cuz nobody else wants to be her friend except you. great transition really, and equally as sucky. :D. the way i get through? well, life's all about apathy for me... and studying. that's about it. |

Having relationships or being married with kids gives you a better sense of fulfillment but what i hate about it is the stress and time it consumes. |
| I'm single but i've been in 3 relationships that lasted over 2 years each. I've been single for two years now, and aside from awkward times when i've bumped into an ex-girlfriend in public or at a party, i think its quite awesome to be single! You can do whatever you want without being moaned at, and you can wait to meet the right girl. With experience in relationships you become able to judge which type of girl would suit you best a lot more easily, but it can also makes you slightly more picky. |
