Most romance anime and manga are school life or fantasy...

Well basically I don't want teen love, I want adults falling in love, like co workers, or rivals in business.

I want the theme to be office, jobs, business.

It can be either anime or manga/manhwa.
Please check my anime or manga list before suggesting.

Thank you!

There is romance but not a huge amount. The setting is exactly what you want.

Nana isn't in a business setting, but it IS 20-somethings, rather than teenagers, falling in love. And it's also amazing (give it beyond the first 6 episodes, which are kind of an extended introduction, to get good).

Winter Sonata, hands down. Starts in high school and then follows their adulthood story (big focus on business/occupation), as well as several of their family members. The most mature/organic of all the animes I've seen, I'd guess.

Natsuyuki Rendezvous - It's not great by any means, but it fits your bill pretty well.

+1 Emma
EF - a tale of memories, some MC are in school but school is not the focus and is hardly shown
Nana - musicians and groupies
Bacumen - manga artists but romance is very slow
Working! - slice of life comedy, romance never goes anywhere tho
Nodame Cantabile - classic music students/performers, initially set in school but school life is not the focus and gets little attention.

Mmmm, I'm taking note about it, I saw a preview but didn't take a decision. . . Thanks to remember it!
And I remembered more than EF a Tale of Memories - one of my favorites -, EF a Tale of Melodies give you a good romance between a crazy head adult, with some sort of heart illness and a younger girl, so is a very good story - more dramatic than the precedent serie, SORRY!! for the spoiler -.

Sure? Both REC so Servant x Service have romance subplot . . . And this is the topic, no? no teen school romance. . . Well, about EF a Tale of Melodies so the precedent have teen love parts, but this one I said it's referred to an adult in love, well so the teenage girl fight for it the more . . . Is a pretty story, so a great animation.
So in the mood, have you seen Ghost Sweeper Mikami, the classic? greedy female MC, poor ecchi male MC unrequited, etc.- no more spoiler -.

Spice and wolf- isn't exactly what you're looking for, not exactly office/business but more like medieval trading/economics. But I'll tell you right now, spice and wolf is better than anything you will ever watch in this category. The relationship between holo and lawrence is probably one of the best, if not the best, in anime.

Lol, I had to read that sentence a couple times over. Ya man it is an awesome anime and you should really try it out. Also, in the beginning there is a lot of economic/trade talk. Don't let that turn you away, trust me it gets better snd the relationship between lawrence and holo really develops from the middle to the end.

Mmmm, so there is somewhat kind of study institution I would set aside Cat Street by Kamio Youko, so is more focused on first, then is more on real life professional deployment of the different characters, with the love subplot - little love triangle too -. This is a "must to read manga".

Mmmm, RD Sennou Chousashitsu on near future, curious relationship young girl/"old man", action, some AI love subplot, with meitantei deployment . . . Is an intense animation I advice to see.
