Funny I was thinking the opposite with her calling all the other wives and complaining that their husbands aren't bland salarymen who don't want anything including love, attention, and support from said wives. She doesn't know her husband at all and doesn't even try to. When the husband does try, she brushes it off and says that's dumb or you shouldn't do that, or what will the other women think. In other words I don't like her...at all. |

| At least they all reunited for a drink... well it's clear that Oji is suffering from a midlife crisis because of all the dreams he has when he was younger... and his wife is not supportive at all, that's why indeed I can't really feel bad for her. |

| the art style in this sometimes reminds me of Aeon Flux. Especially the hilariously intense face of the commander dude:  anyway this was a pretty great episode. Bringing some real human drama back to the series after two episodes that felt pretty much like lazy filler. I've noticed lots of shows from around this time period follow this pattern: at the halfway point they pick up the pace. This usually happens at exactly episode 7 but this series has 13 eps so it's one ep later than usual. |
