I agree with you, this one makes the most sense.

Maybe it's because it is about a game creation club, and the games are supposed to be made on computers so the mangaka wanted the title to stay as close to 'computers' as possible, hence the word 'Defragment'. It is a bit of random idea, but then again a lot of manga titles are very random.

I think the D is an abreviation, since there is a hyphen (or whatever it is called). Plus the series also known as D-Fragments so i don't think defragment would have to do anything with it. The D probably stands for some game related stuff.

there is no DD cup size in Japan... an American DD cup size is an F cup in Japan

in the US it goes AA,A,B,C,D,DD (same as Australia)
in Japan it goes A,B,C,D,E,F (same as in Europe)
in the UK it goes A,B,C,D,DD,E

so if you are a DD in the US, you're a E in the UK and an F in Japan... so girls with smaller boobs only need move east to feel better about themselves... but if they go to far and hit Austraila they will feel bad again :D
