Holy shit, this club is missing the dynamic force of Mic Sounders!

Edit: Oh and that one American guy from Fist of the North Star 2! I don't remember his name but for some reason his daugther was named Asuka (yeah I know he adopted her shut up)

Edit2: Monica, Shadow, and Sachihoko from Yakitate !! Japan. Oh, and if you don't mind that he's in one club, I think Harry Mackenzie from School Rumble should be in. He's too awesome for us to forget.

Desperado from Gundoh Musashi. I don't know if they ever say what country she's from but usually if a foreigner is English speaking, they're American. Plus, she's a really angry person, so that lends credit to that.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned Jackie Gudelian from Future GPX Cyber Formula. He's an very skilled American racer who is surrounded by beautiful ladies. And he is always seen fighting with Franz Heinel.

Does Sleggar Law count? They never explicitly say he's American (as far as I know) but he sure acts "American"

As long as they don't say he's something other than American and it takes place in a world where the US exists, I think it'd be all right.

Asuka Soryu Langley should be taken out since the character isn't American, but German. The series did make it pretty obvious, since she even spoke the language. Also, http://myanimelist.net/character.php?id=7004 .

I believe she's actually of German descent, but also an American citizen, similar to Monica Adenauer.

Let's see...

Mr. K from Gravitation is American, and I think his wife is, too.
Pet Shop of Horrors and Fake both take place in the USA and so most of the casts are American.

That's all I can think of right now.

oh, these little earthquakes

Mio Hio from DNAngel was American, as I recall. Hmm... were there any characters in Death Note that were decidedly American, or were they all British? I can't remember...

And then there's Lucky Star's Patricia Martin and .hack//legend of the Twilight's Hotaru.

Yes there were Americans. Raye Penber and his wife (even though she was born in japan, she's also an american citizen) as well as all of the other 11 FBI agents.

Also, I'd like to add every character from Baccano!

Mic Sounders the 13th and Swan White from GaoGaiGar. American, lots of Engrish, Swan is blonde at least (Mic can't be since he's a robot, though he is a rockstar).

Wow no one's said the American Tennis team from Prince of Tennis yet!

The American Tennis team has:
Kevin Smith - American
Arnold Ignashov - Not American. Actually German.
Bobby Max - American
Tom Griffey - American
Terry Griffey - American
Billy Cassidy - American
Michael Lee - Not American. Actually Chinese.

Also one more person from Prince of Tennis. Jackal Kuwahara is half Japanese and half Brazillian if that counts? Half South American if you think about it hehe...

All these characters have articles by the way.

Hope this helps!!

Patty and Liz Thompson (from Soul Eater) are more than likely American since they're from Brooklyn and are noticeably dressed in cowgirl outfits.

* Soul Eater takes place in America, so most of the show's characters are from there aside from the other foreign death-sythes.
* Several foreigners from Azumanga Daioh
* Bob Jackie from Pani Poni Dash (though he only appears for 5 seconds as a character in Himeko's mind)
* Michael Jackson was in Goku Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei, as well as the famous manga Bad
