I honestly didn't expect anything like this to happen, jesus trigger way to start this off with a bang.

I remember reading somewhere that the new OP was set to air at episode 16. I wish I could provide a source.

This has to be the greatest episode yet. All those twists.

Crunchyroll's black colored subs are driving me crazy. If I try to watch this episode, I'll risk eye damage. D:

Nui's at it again with Ryuko, but this time Senketsu's torn to pieces. Lots of plot development happening. Can't wait for the next episode.

Well... I shouted quite loudly "What the fuck Trigger" But I guess we should expect this from those guys

Well that was a surprise. Senketsu! Ryuko's fear of losing control again caused her defeat.

What a tease. I was so ready for a Satsuki vs. Nui fight.

Another decent episode. Things are getting pretty intense.

Crazy episode. Satsuki starting a war. Disciplinary Committee Chair getting new goku uniforms. Ryuuko losing Senketsu. The story is about to get a lot whole more interesting. Hope we get a new op and ed next episode.

Oh shit. Well, she really fucked up on that fight. It was obvious that the journalist was hiding something weird.

Satsuki seem to be working with her mother but I think she's bluffing. She seemed kinda sad to see that Kyuuko had lost. She even left her a piece of Senketsu in her hand, she did that on purpose.

Mako is hilarious as always. She just can't stop getting herself in shitty situation xD

Also, as a french canadian, I found it very hilarious when Satsuki said ''La vie est drôle'' with that weird accent :P

SHIT! Ryuuko got owned!! She's no match for Nui. Totally didn't expect Senketsu to be dispersed.

And now gonna be used by other people. Well seems like Ryuuko still has one piece of Senketsu with her. I wonder if Satsuki let her keep it or she just didn't see it?

I wonder who can make it into Senketsu again other than Iori?

But damn!! I need the OST when Satsuki's mom appears!!! >.< So EPIC!!

Good episode. Senketsu gets shredded by Nui and Satsuki is off to school war.

Hmmm, interesting that Satsuki left a piece of Senketsu with Ryuuko as well as covered her up with a blanket. Will these two end up as friends by the end of the series or at least come to some understanding?

Satsuki certainly seems to have plans of her own.

i do honestly think that Ryuko is Viewing Satsuki in a different light now that she found out it wasn't her who killed her dad but Nui, so its entirely Possible that Ryuko and Satsuki will become Allies/Friends by the end of this, which would be Awsome XD

Wow Nui even had me fooled since Nagita seemed so genuine I even liked him.

Holy fuck Ryuuko lost Senketsu! Will she fight naked? Satsuki saving and leaving her a piece of Sneketsu means she still has hope her.

Lol, I just love Nui Harime, the show is already good, but she brings it to another level with each appearance.

Oh, how I have missed you, KLK! And what a way to start the second cours: Blitzkrieg á la Kiryuuin style, the first step towards world domination all under the keen observation of her mother who herself has established her own empire with her monopoly on clothing. Right now she's still amused upon following her daughter's aspirations but will that last when she eventually gets dethroned by her own offspring?

Also good to see Trigger following up their clothing analogy to the end.
Once again the concept of shame pops up in regard to clothing, however, this time around it's about clothing as a mean to cover up shame opposed to shame caused by clothing. Ragyou' logic twists clothing as status symbol which has been presented to us until now to one that epitomizes sin and as Satsuki points out depicts a measure to connect the world (in her own favour, of course...). Logically that constitutes a world that is in its entirety hold together by the concept of sin. Going with the biblical original sin metaphor, the interpretation of the usage of clothes as result of humanity's achievment of free will fits awefully well with Satsuki's mindset: Only those who act under their own volition are deemed worthy by her to wear the most prestigious Life-fiber uniforms.


While Nui's disguise really caught me off-guard I'm almost a bit disappointed to see the seemingly new addition to the cast getting discarded so quickly. It would have been really interesting to see upright and idealistic Shinjiro Nagita ( a shout-out to the Japanese student movement during the 1960s?) as the initiator of a new opposing force against the fascistic nature of Honnouji Academy, this time organized by the students themselves.

Yup, really liked what Ragyo said about clothing being man's original sin.

Pretty cool ep, didn't expect something like that to happen already.

I wasn't expecting this way. My godness, where's the next episode already AAAAA

Loved the whole "clothing is sin" scene which really reinforces the themes of this anime. Nice twist at the end there too. Nui is one enormously irritating and overpowered character and I really hope we get the satisfaction of seeing her defeated lying in the dirt before the end.

It is by far my favorite track. So epic.

Since Senketsu was cut into pieces and Satsuki order to divide them among "suitable hosts", does that mean Ryuuko will have to collect them fighting a new "elite"?

Great episode,it had some unexpected twists and series took nice and interesting turn.
I will surely rewatch the anime once it is aired completely.

Wow that's a turn I was not expecting. I thought I knew how the rest of the show would go down but Trigger put me flat on my ass.

I really want to know where Nui gets her strength from. She doesn't have a Kamui, so where is her Power coming from? Only from the scissor-blade and her knowledge about clothing? I don't think so, she has to have a physical power source. So Ryuuko has to figure it out soon since she has to get senketsu back from the people wearing the pieces and defeat that nasty little Girl who murderd her father.

First part was quite funny because Mako went into shit again.
I've got only two words to describe second part: oh fuck.

Ragyo is the last boss. it's obvious. I love whenever she appears. she's perfect

Finally Kill la Kill is back!! Felt like it's been so long since I lasted was able to watch an episode. Glad to see it back. This episode was beast. When Satsuki saved Ryuuko from getting killed by Nui I was like ohhhh shittt it's going down. I thought they would have fought though :( would have been epic.

Poor Ryuko, Senketsu got sliced bit by bit...Hopefully that small piece of Senketsu in her hand may lead to a revival or restoration? Dunno.

I wonder what'll happen now that Ryuko and Senketsu have been separated. I guess she has to go after all the people with each piece of him? And what about Mako? I guess she has to fight now? WILL WE SEE HER BADASS GOKU UNIFORM AGAIN?

It was a little weird seeing Satsuki's mom feel her up... but Ragyo is generally strange so it's not too surprising.

Nagita was a cool guy! I would have never guessed he was Nui until I saw that cute little eyepatch of hers. I was a little scared Satsuki would kill her but I'm glad she didn't.

These next episodes are about to get even more interesting! Why only one a week... ;A;
