| Goddamn, that was one hella of an episode. Subtlety isn't one of Slayer's fortes but I have to say, that opening sequence took me by surprise with the sudden barrage of explosions. hilarious. the focus on the tower then suddenly, you see tons of shit getting blasted and Lina and the gang screaming at the top of their lungs. xD Once again, Gourry's impresses with his deductive reasoning. looks like the myth about the Sword of Light draining the wielder's intelligence unravels by the episode. needs moar Na.....ma...... |

| Damn running gags that Naga and Amelia will never see each other on screen. That's so not fair. And how the heck did she end up in a box in the middle of nowhere? Whatever. At least this is an episode that I can say slightly redeemed the series. It's no longer 1/10 thanks to this, but I'm still not putting it back to where it was until I see something really good. @ Avarice -- I've heard myth as well, but I think it's more along the lines of "The Sword of Light drains the wielder's intelligence while in it's possession." And The Sword of Light that Pokota has is a replica so he wouldn't be affected. I see the myth as being like someone drinking too much alcohol. You continually wash away brain cells, but if you don't drinking, eventually the brain can repair itself to the point that you're better. |

All this Slayers is running together in my head, but in the "He's proposing to that girl?" episode (or perhaps just before or just after) Naga walked in front of the group and Amelia doubletaked. I remember being seriously amused by that scene. Besides that, those sisters really don't get much screentime together at all. :I Silly copyright business. |

| It was nice to have Naga for a bit, but I would have preferred having the whole of her somewhere in the series. I love Naga and all her antics. |
