| I guess you could classify it as sci-fi action, but Dead Leaves is one of my favorites. Unique animation, waaay over the top action, lots of funny moments in it. It has a....so so story but i thouroughly enjoy it. |

| I don't think Brigadoon (a melting pot of genres, including mecha and sci-fi) is mentioned that often, so give that a shot. I'd also recommend the sci-fi Uchuu Senkan Yamato 2199 and JoJo's Bizarre Adventure (2012) or Mazinkaiser SKL for something more action-oriented. |
