I can watch it, but I don't find myself relating to any of the characters. Maybe it's just nostalgia but I thought the characters from Buffy, Angel and Firefly had more depth. Moving away from Whedon, I've got a boxset of MisFits (seasons 1,2 & 3) on the shelf I'm planning to watch over the next month and a bit. |

| So I just finished Treme, definitely not The Wire, the focus was just totally different, and there wasn't any overrachieving plot, it was more an exposition of a situation. I really love the characters, who were mostly good people trying to get by in a rough yet beautiful environment. 8/10 Also, seeing Bunk singing = <3 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P0D_InLiumM And now, I just started Orange is the new Black which is quite fun. |

| I would like to start up Game of Thrones at some point, since I am on the fourth book of the series. I like seeing everything come to life, and if any of it ends up being just like I imagined. I also got into Supernatural recently, to see if it lived up to the hype... I enjoyed the first 5 seasons or so, but after the "main story" (that had been building up since season 1) had been finished, I found myself not really liking the newer material. I think I have officially dropped it. I made it halfway through season 7 and just was no longer feeling it. Also watched the latest season of The Sing-Off, which is always fun. |

| Gonna marathon the 2-part series finale of the Shield today, and treated myself to the latest Sherlock ep. Also decided to do a re-watch of Justified's earlier seasons(1 & 2), because I can barely remember anything about them. Finished the Pilot this morning. |

| Finished the Shield. Definitely one of the most original series i've seen, and one of my all time fav TV series. It was insanely popular when it was airing, but now it seems like it has slipped into the trenches of time. Hardly anyone I know has seen this phenomenal show, and those that have agree with me that it is some stellar stuff. Anyways, I'd definitely recommend it, even if the show does lose some quality with season 3, and some of 7, it' still very watchable. |

| You probably will. Although I like the Shield much more than the Wire, personally, I think the Wire is overrated. They do draw a lot of comparison among fans, which I actually wasn't aware of till I finished the Shield. |
