| these three have already been mentioned but i will second them. serial experiments lain has to be the mother of all wacko convoluted psychological animes. its my personal fav. definately a mustt try. its not for most though ergo proxy is not quite as intense as lain but its very good. evangelion is also pretty adult and is really a must see for any anime fan anyway. |

| I'm gonna say ergo proxy as well, i loved the hell out of that show. Art style, soundtrack, characters, plot (Even if it is does stray at times) it has it all, brilliant show. PS: It even has comedy, how about that. LOL |
