The Top 5 manga make me very happy. JOHJ is so bad it's good again and deserve its ultra crappy, campy and awesome adaption by GONZO or so, the Rohan anthology bundles some cool oneshots I always wanted to get and the rest is just the usual high quality I've come to expect from the series. |

So making new season means making it at least half anime-original. Same goes for Haganai btw |

So Oricon considered this a "manga" that's why I don't see it in Novel sales. It's more like an Illustrated Novel than an actual LN though.. Anyway, YAY it ranked! The next volume will be the FINAL one for s2 looking forward to the sales if it ranks |

So MAL finally starts locking news threads that are only a few weeks old? I wonder where was the announcement of this change? Or we are seeing yet another case of changes made that impacted users but not communicated to them? I wonder how long people would put up with this. As much as I have a bunch of information to share about anime announced recently I cannot share it in news board, and the anime series is too disorganized and chaotic to share information except with people already interested in the particular series. |

^ I would think that the major reprint would be a much more significant factor. Pent-up demand is met in one go, resulting in tens of thousands of copies sold right away. |

Only volumes 1 and 6 of OreGairu have recorded total sales of over 100k - the former due to the anime boost and the latter due to both that and the half year rankings. Getting 81k in the first week is thus impressive. It's more than double what volume 7 sold on its first week. Also I believe this is the first time that YuuShibu has ranked on the LN list. |

But the series feels a lot more like a mindless slasher flick in the mold of Gantz rather than a series with plot like Attack on Titan, so I am not sure if a Terra Formars anime can become a success. |
