| OHhhhhh it's nice to see Volg back! But he hasn't boxed in that time, like for more than a year. So he's not going to compete against Ippo or Sendo again and he's going to USA. We may see him again fighting for the world title in the future against Ippo if he does well in the states.. |
| Good lord, it's REALLY annoying how this guy is portrayed. I liked Ippo's enemies more when they were... well, likeable. I also don't like how the Dempsey Roll is portrayed as his only good move. He didn't even use it for like, over 50 episodes! He managed to K.O. people without it many many times, he never had to rely on it... so why is it treated as his "one and only" finisher move now? I liked "team Aoki" actually being useful, they are pretty funny. And Itagaki is finally useful as well and develops into an actual character. Seeing Volg again was nice, too. The flashback was a bit cheesy, but I like him as a character. See, he's an example of a good boxer as an enemy! |

| Nice to see Vorg back, sad to hear his mother died. Don't know why but it seems all human scum seems to lick their lips, first Hawk and now Sawamura. |

| It was great to see Volg again and I actually didn't expect their reunion to happen here! He might be downplaying himself since he hasn't been training for a while now but I'm sure that boxing is like riding a bike to him; you never really forget how to do it. He'll definitely need all the training he can get since he's up against a monster among monsters. Sawamura's math teacher must've felt like Dr. Frankenstein seeing how his student had turned out. |
