The reason Momoka ran away crying is because she felt betrayed by Mari. She thinks Mari went behind her back to talk with the guy she likes, maybe even to date him secretly. She also feels insecure because she was Hiroki's "second choice" - meaning Hiroki only asked her out because Mari said no. It is a bit dramatic, but definitely realistic. I mean, imagine you found out your best friend was in a secret meeting with your crush without telling you. Even if it wasn't anything bad, it still is a bit suspicious and could cause an already insecure person to become even more insecure. Yeah lmao idk what to say, it's been 7 god damn years and I have no idea who wither Momoka or Hitoki are anymore, but I appreciate the thought you put into your comment. |

| Momoka may never speak to Mari again, that is unless the protagonist speaks to her in order to try to make things right, although there's no guarantee that'll happen. I don't know if Yori accepted the protagonist's apology. Only time will tell. |
