If by overrated/underrated you mean if the user above rated something too high or too low: Overrated: Underrated: Cat Planet Cuties. Just because its full of fanservice doesn't mean its bad. It was supposed to be funny in a stupid kind of way. And hot. And it delivered. Also Gurren Lagann. Only a 6? What exactly do you mean by inconsistent. Btw, the part saying Americans can't write when in the Afro Samurai comments struck a nerve. I'm not so sure it was written by Americans, otherwise I don't know that it'd be on this website. I could be wrong though. Plus Americans write plenty of great things, its just that Afro Samurai isn't one of those great things.
