| Sorry for the ignorant question, but is this series a sequel to Muv-Luv (or other series), or is it stand-alone? |

| Total Eclipse is a spinoff game/side story of Muv-Luv Alternative, in other words taking place in the same world but has completely different characters etc. It's also pretty much terrible compared to the masterpiece it's based on, so the general recommendation would be that if you've played MLA, then watching the only anime adaptation existing of the series is only a bad idea. It can only give you a worse impression of the epic original work. |
