| Tamako looked good when she was slim, it sucks that it was only for a short while, and how in the world did she gain all that weight so quickly?! But I'm really noticing how Hachiken has been changing as a character, his devotion in making Pork Bowl bigger was nice, and judging from the ending of the episode, it looks like he can eat pork without having to think about Pork Bowl now =) (But that food makes me hungry -_-) |

I think you mean how did she lose all that weight so quickly? You... plain can't. It's pretty easy to gain weight if you do nothing but eat and are capable of gaining it though, which Tamako evidently is. I'm glad she's back to her proper size though. She's pretty like that. :\ |

| Never knew how serious Yugo can be when watching with Pork Bowl, until the end when they are eating curry. Also his character development is well done in the episode. I laughed when Tamako became slim until the very end when she revert to her old self. ... and I was getting used to her different appeal. Also Taikawa entering in with a mohawk appearance was funny. |

| That unrealistic weight loss and weight gain completely ruins the anime. So 1/10 No seriously, this episode was alright, not much happened. Looks like there will NOT be any romantic progression this season |

| Everyone came back from summer vacation. Tamako lost so much weight like, WHO IS THIS?! LOL! It's a shame she's not her sexy slim self anymore and reverted back to her overweight self. xD Tokiwa's new appearance with the crazy hairdo was hilarious. Too bad he had to cut it all off and had to be punished. Hachiken really cares for Pork Bowl, he really seems like he would be a great farmer. Aki really cares for Hachiken. I really hope they become closer romantically. Lmao Hachiken's bro's noodles made everyone sick. :P Great episode overall. 5/5 |

| Absolutely loved this episode. This is shaping up to be my favourite series for the summer season :) Somehow, Tamako's weight loss/gain did not surprise me either. I find her hilarious (as much as I find the rest of the cast because they complement each other so well) and I think it would have been odd if she didn't put the weight back. Arakawa you genius!!! As for Hachiken, awww you've really manned up. I haven't read the manga so when I saw the car pulling into the farm, I thought his scary parents might get out but no... |

| Another great episode, Beppu was such a saint taking over Hachiken's duty It's was all about Pork Bowl, I guess there aren't many options for a happy end The only one would be adopting Pork Bowl as a Pet Oh my, Tamako going from slim to fat again O.o Even the ones around Mikage notice the things between Hachiken and her |

| In one month, Pork Bowl becomes Tamako (before summer break) LOL and the reverse happened to Tamako LOL But truly the Tamako transformation is too huge to make sense - even early in the summer break Hachiken visited her farm and she did not seem to have lost any weight at all... One whole episode to go over Hachiken's angst and struggle with Pork Bowl and what it represents to him and his choice of studying in an agricultural school. This is pretty insightful and thought-provoking stuff there. |
| So MAL finally starts locking news threads that are only a few weeks old? I wonder where was the announcement of this change? Or we are seeing yet another case of changes made that impacted users but not communicated to them? I wonder how long people would put up with this. As much as I have a bunch of information to share about anime announced recently I cannot share it in news board, and the anime series is too disorganized and chaotic to share information except with people already interested in the particular series. |
