DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Authors themselves state importance of lack of height difference for successful disguise... And then they make up story where that shrimp disguises himself as much taller Masked man? It wasn't very wise of Masked man to take the first two sapphires with himself when going to steal the third one |

| Eh, despite the humor inherent in a mystery episode having a character named Conan Drill this episode fell flat. Mystery was too obvious, and once again Fujiko betrayed them, ho hum. With the amount of treasure she made off with one wonders why she'd bother coming back in later episodes. Oddly enough Goemon was the best part of this one. His uncharacteristic joviality landed well all three scenes in which it occurred. XD |

| I liked Goemon's moments here. When he was eating, when he revealed the faces behind the masks with style, and when he was unable to prevent Fujiko from running away with the treasure, but still acted cool about it, I liked them all. xD |
