| Dexter is fantastic, though season 3 and sadly the final season is really lame, its not a continuous plot but rather every seaosn has their own plot, though each season has often drastic effects on later seasons, like there are some serious game changer moments from as early as the 2nd season that complete change the possibilities to come, its very ballsy as youl learn early on |

| Breaking Bad of course. You will probably get it a lot, but it's totally worth it. Excellent all around. Game of Thrones. Great for its genre, but overall not the best show ever, though it has some spectacular moments. Definitely watch and give it a try. The Wire. Often lauded as one of the greatest tv shows, I've only seen the first season though, but it's very well executed. Lost. Despite the criticisms, I spent most of one summer addicted to it and any show that can keep my attention like such I think means something. It's well acted with some good characters though you might end up frustrated with the plot. Supernatural. Not as high quality as the others, but it's good for its niche. It has its ups and downs (I skipped an entire season basically) and is initially very episodic though. Arrested Development. Witty and very quick comedy if you're into that. All of the characters are terrible people though so if you don't like that then maybe don't get into it. Dexter. Good for the first few seasons or so, but it's an interesting premise. |

Breaking Bad is not garbage or awful. It's only good at the most but that's it. The way people brag about it or what imdb rating tells you, make it outright most overrated show in the history. Also as i said, the thrill in second season was really good. The first season was all about breaking while the second season is all about not getting caught. They used whole tattoo plan thing even further and mahone character was done quite well. It's not as great as first but it's not that bad as you're trying to say. If i remember correctly that veterinarian told him that i can't do it but he was forced. Then again he didn't do it in minutes. He spend quite a bit of time. Yet, (what was his name) didn't get his hand perfectly fine. And you know that he was in no position to go to hospital.. A veterinarian is not specialist but still at-least he can know how to sew. Also He had quite a bit of problem with that hand until he got new fake one. |

I will just paste a short review i read sometime ago to make further comments on the show. It is rated 9.4/10 in IMDb and I have no idea what that means. The story is similar to Weeds. It is about a Chemistry Teachers (Bryan Cranston) and a young delinquent (Aaron Paul) getting into the businesses of selling crystal meth. The entire series is about the above 2 stupid characters doing stupid things every minute of the series, and then again and again and again. Unless people enjoy watching stupid people doing stupid things (like the Stooges), then watching the series would be a torture as it completely lacks intelligence. Supporting character played by Anna Gunn also contributes to the stupidity of the characters. The only serious characters are played by Giancarlo Esposito & Jonathan Banks and they do it well. Dialogues are boring and cumbersome. One entire episode shows the 2 main character are searching the lab for a fly !??? Views are different and you don't have to agree with me, but for me, it isn't even worth 4.0/10 The only thing i disagree is 4/10 rating in that short review. It's 6/10 for me. I already told you that it can be consider good at the most which is about 7 on MAL but let fans be happy and make it very good overall 8/10, but 9.4/10 and 4th highest rated show on imdb is beyond understanding. How about try and tell me what is so complicated or genius thing about this show and justify it a little bit. Remember i didn't said, it's garbage, awful or bad but overrated. I posted my reply about that little part. |

| I've almost given up on "normal tv" since watching anime. :( About the only things I still watch are the HGTV channel (love home improvement shows), Castle (author and a cop team up to solve murders/a lot of humor, bit of romance, and a bunch of mystery), and Bering Sea Gold (reality show following people mining for gold in the Bering Sea). But these are all episodic. :( What type of genre do you prefer? |

| Definitely check out The Wire. It's a slow-paced but interesting and genuine depiction of urban life in Baltimore and the BPD's war on drug cartels. All five seasons are consistently engaging, but the fourth is usually considered the highest point of the series. The Shield, Deadwood, Boardwalk Empire and The Sopranos are also some great stuff. |

| Currently airing: - Breaking Bad best show of all time - Game of Thrones I have it on hold because I couldn't find the time to watch it during my college semester - The Walking Dead entertaining but the comics are way better - Suits great underrated show with good unknown actors - How I Met Your Mother funny for the first few seasons than it became a bit too drama for me - Californication I recommend watching up to season 4 then stop Finished airing: - Sopranos haven't seen it but everyone says it might be the greatest tv show of all time - The Wire watched the first 2 seasons then stopped because season 2 sucked but my parents finished it and loved it |
