We are not always looking for pleasure. Sometimes, we do things cause we have to, like work and chores. But sometimes we want to feel good and we all have sources we go to. For me it used to be and to some extent still is, food. Life can be difficult at times so we all need go-to sources of pleasure, but ones that don't harm us with bad consequences at the end.

Let me brainstorm for some of the possible sources of pleasure: yoga and meditation, browse the internet, playing computer games, listening to music, (sometimes "angry" sounding music helps me when I'm in an angry mood), taking a nap, taking drugs (prescription or not), drinking alcohol, taking a warm shower, read something (funny, manga, comic books, whatever), cooking, eating junk food (sweet/salty/fatty), going out for a walk, making love ("self loving" counts too, lol), playing with a pet, drawing/painting, going for a joy ride, writing a poem, talking about your day with a good friend on the phone, talking with family members,(mom/dad/sibling/kids), exercising, watching TV/movies, making fun of funny looking foreigners (as you see here I use humor and that helps sometimes), and finally, make troll awesome threads/posts on MAL's CD!

So looking for things that make you feel good, feel happy, feel great, What works for you?

Well, I dunno about everyone else, but I'm usually always content. No matter what time, I'm always the person who really doesn't have much to complain because life is just normal. I go through my daily routine of sitting in front of my computer all day. This doesn't necessarily make me happy, but I'm very content with it to the point where happiness and content become blurred into each other.
I'm usually happy when I'm playing games, or when I'm drawing. It makes me feel good to look at a finished drawing (No matter how crappy it might look) and say, yea, I drew that.
Or if I'm really down in the dumps, I listen to some very soothing jazz and browse the net on solutions to my problems.
Even Death has a heart
It's okay to spin around and around in the same place. Just so long as you're singing your heart out.
THAT's what life's all about.

Jesus, my family, my close friends, music, the fact that I'm able to go to school and get an education to move up in the world, a warm, nice bed with pillows, having an umbrella when it beings to rain, giving my money away to a charity I believe in, saying words of appreciation, Dairy Queen ice cream, that I'm able to type this post right now on my own laptop with no assistance, making someone else happy etc. I'd say I have at least 100 things that make me happy

There are a few things that make me happy.

1. Excitement - I don't want to risk my life or anything. However, a little excitement makes life more fun.
2. Women - I'm attracted to women, so this is just natural.
3. Change - I find I'm happiest when every day is different.
4. My friends - If I have no-one to talk to, life gets lonely.
5. My pets - Pets are like friends that can't talk.
6. The rain - Walking in the rain has always been a sure fire way to brighten my mood. It just feels really nice.

Anyway I'm sure there are other things, but those are the main ones to come to mind.

Now here's the question: Did you get defeated before you made this post (and after he made his), or did you get defeated after you made this post, which would make it so that it was your final action that defeated yourself?

If it's the prior, then you broke your internal rule.
If it's the latter, then someone else didn't defeat you.

Well, he said when, not after someone defeats him. So immediately or not doesn't matter in the instant he is defeated.

But then his internal rule would be illogical like, "When I get defeated, I stop being the President".

That feel when you realize you're not the President...

True, but if you don't fail at getting into semantics while trying too hard then it makes perfect sense.

Yes it does... But if you wanted to stop being the President, then you would have a quandary, wouldn't you? So unless Feels has a time machine, I'm crying foul!
