I've been curious about this does anybody listen to the ost of the manga while they're reading it?
I've been thinking about doing it just to kind of have the anime play in my head while I'm reading xD

I haven't tried that yet, but I should! I usually just listen to some punk-rock, for example while reading The Breaker I listened to Sleeping with Sirens' new album, Feel. :)

Jizzy as you would call yourself because youre a dick The most butthurt award goes to you And clearly you havent watched that many shows thats why you cant determine if a show is unique or not Or maybe you're just a child who likes common stuffs where hero saves the day and guys gets all the girls. Sad taste you have there kid you came up to me in the first place making you look more like a kid who got slapped without me even knowing it and start crying about it to me

Usually music from the anime, or if it's not suited for reading manga then just random anime songs such as,

Drama/Sad Romance: Kimi no Shiranai Monogatari | Hoshi ga Matataku Konna Yoru ni.
Fluffy Romance: Renai Circulation | Yume no Tsuzuki | Kimi e (ZAQ).
Comedy/Harem: Be My Friend (Haganai)
Action: One Piece OST | Rage On! (Free)

I do from time to time. It helps me concentrate and block out the outside world and it adds a different, but better feeling when I'm reading. =^3^=

I also change the songs based on the mood the Manga is currently in, like happy, energetic, sad, action, comedy. It's interesting and enjoyable to do! =^-^=

No, but it does sound like an interesting idea.
There is no such thing as shit taste. Only idiots who think everyone should have the same taste as they do.

When I read Berserk I'll listen to Gut's theme on loop. It's a beautiful piece of music and fits it perfectly

No. I'd read for way too long in one sitting to just use an anime's OST, and I can't be bothered to loop it.

I have a playlist for various VN & Anime OSTs that I generally go with, or I can listen to something completely different if I feel like it. Don't have any need for it to be associated with the manga.

Yeah I do, I also listen to regular songs, but mostly OSTs. It actually sometimes makes the anime feel more entertaining.

I listen to music during any and all activity, and it's usually OST, so yes, but not specifically to have anime feels while reading.

Rarely, but it doesn't necessarily have to be OST.I find that when I use the right song,it does a lot for enhancing the mood of the song.

No. Sometimes my mind is elsewhere when I listen to music. I have a hard time concentrating listening to music while reading a manga at the same time. But one of these days I want to try this.

I have tried/wanted to, but the timing of the music can destroy the mood. I don't need action music, when it isn't called for or a sad theme popping up in a happy time.

I have the Gundam Origins manga coming in tomorrow and maybe I will try reading it with classical music. That might work and be enjoyable.

I listen to other music while reading manga... but not always because it might get a little distracting sometimes, especially if it doesn't fit the mood.

I don't usually do this but when I know I'm getting in to an epic action scene I play 'Gate of Steiner' from Steins;Gate. Such a good song that builds emotions and adrenaline imo haha
