| The moment the arc about that awful skank Hanekawa ended and this one started my interest for this season skyrocketed. This was a really good episode. Looks like things will finally get interesting! I'm looking forward to seeing the rest of this arc a lot. |

| Chronology has pretty much been Nisio Isin's bitch, and Shaft's as well, seeing as they've been sitting on that Kizumonogatari movie for like three years now, so time travel is pretty much the next logical step. I mean, Isin just throws in this creepy-ass character we've never seen before and acts like we already know her. What is it MST3K says? "Space is warped and time is bendable"? I'm already liking this MUCH more than Tsubasa Family. Something about Hanekawa's stories don't work for me, which is odd because I adore her as a side character and I loved Tsubasa Cat, but I didn't like Kizumono much, and really didn't like Nekomonogatari Kuro and Shiro. |

I don't recall her being mentioned before in this franchise but this episode just tosses her in without a proper introduction, seemingly expecting us to know who she is. But well, Shaft and NisioIsin have never been known for doing things conventionally and after looking up her character description I'm glad her entrance was done this way. They haven't met Ougi yet. This is something that was clearer in the books: the novels are narrated in a manner such that the characters are narrating events from after they've concluded (As if, for example, Araragi were telling you this story several years in the future relative to when it happened). In that particular chapter, Araragi prefaces the conversation with the remark that he was about to introduce this particular story with an anecdote that wouldn't happen until long after. Ougi's appearance rather surprised me (those eyes...). Other than that, good-but-not-fantastic episode. Can't wait to see the new Hachikuji OP. |

| A lot of dialogue this epiosde(as always). New girl showed up and the dialogue was great between her and Araragi. Nice to see both Shinobu and Yotsugi. Definitely a great start to the new arc. |

| I knew it they traveled further back in time then expected. Still traveling in time to finish your homework on time just how for are you willing to go to finish that homework? On the bright side Araragi has eleven years to complete his homework now... Ononoki really wants to have revenge on Shinobu they way she acted towards Araragi by saying something that might get him killed or at least give him a hard time. But since Araragi gets him self into things that nearly kill him all the time she doesn't really have to worry about that. |

I'm beyond happy to see Shinobu, she's so cute. That scene where Shinobu made that doorway to time travel was pretty intense. The scenery and animation this episode was superb. All the detailing they put into the setting is amazing. Great intro episode for the new arc. Her name is Oshino Ougi and she hasn't been introduced yet. |

Lol at her trying to cover her mistake and Koyomi being clever. Shinobu's a clutz. Shinobu asking Koyomi for a ride <3 Awesome start for the new arc! I guess new OP next week? I'm excited. |
