| What is the worst food you have ever eaten? I recently ate some Silk worms, tasted like dirt/shit. I dunno why I ate it. I had centipede when I was 5, tasted like medicine. So what is the worst/weirdest food you have ever eaten, and what did it remind you of? Also A Food you were surprised tasted good, and what did you think it was going to taste like? I found scorpion tasted good, If I could find it where I live I am willing to by a case full of it. |

| I haven't had anything weird like that but for a cooking class I took, we had to eat Limburger cheese. no wonder you drink it with strong beer because it seriously tastes like it smells, like the inside of a trashcan. I can't think of anything else weird that I have eaten. |

| Ummm "weirdest" can vary from person to person. I've eaten pig intestines, pig feet, chicken feet (this really freaked out one of my friends when we went to dim sum), frog legs, live shrimp, hearts, livers, kidneyes, uhhhh... I can't really remember everything I've had. >A> It is also very likely that I've tried things without knowing what they were, since my parents tend to do that. Also, since I'm Chinese, we eat almost everything. Best to not let it go to waste! I can't think of the worst food I've eaten though. edit: Also, all the food I mentioned above tasted pretty good. | I don't really remember, but I think this is probably the worst.. After eatting some smoked Scottish mackerals, I decided to try some smoked Scottish skippers but only problem was that I didn't realize the skippers weren't the same as the mackerals, though the same packaging and same brand, not mentioning the same flavor. It was raw.. Unlike sashimi, it is not a good idea to eat frozen raw fish with uncooked smoked favorings. Luckily, I didn't feel unwell afterwards. |

^This is our National dish, a very traditional thing. It is composed by one pig (those parts you'd not think of eating, like ears, noses, tails, paws and balls, are included), half chicken, half a cow and random vegetables. I don't like it. The other scary dish I'd like to present you, and that I also don't like, is made by roasting chicken blood over rice. People who like it say that it's good. Ah, and they also eat snails. They also say they are tasty. |
