| It amuses me how there always seems to be that far-out fanbase that sticks to watching anime they were likely to watch as a kid/game-inspired/mass media produced anime (Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh, etc.) but on MAL, that community seems to be flat-out inexistent. |

To advertise the games, which still sell well. But the Pokemon anime will never become anything more than that. I've hardly met anybody who thought that the anime was worthwhile enough to watch in the long term because any character development restarts at the end of each region. |

And maybe that also meanst that Serena won't get Fennekin as everyone thought she would? Or she's going to have two fire types, who knows. Or maybe that was just a random Fletchling, or the Professor's. Seems like Team Rocket is trying to force the Garchomp to Mega Evolve, at least they are playing big again instead of trying to get Pikachu. |

| So Mushashi finally learned how to use Wobbuffet? I like it. They also seem to be behind the rampaging Garchomp, so hopefully we'll get a serious Team Rocket again. |
