The complexity of the show reminds me of Game of Thrones, only with less decay of main characters (then again, knowing a few parts of chinese history...). It's really awesome. So sad, that so few people watch it. |

That episode showed an interesting plot development albeit too slow. I had preferred that the whole episode weren't all about the King's faction - Harem relationship. Was refreshing and disturbing at the same time to not hear some brat shouting. |
Can't wait for next week, and to find out about Zheng's benefactor. His character is really becoming more and more respectable.  |

From Wikipedia: Harem refers to the sphere of women in what is usually a polygynous household and their enclosed quarters which are forbidden to men. The harem we know from anime is slightly different as it simply means a male main character with multiple female friends/partners who like him. For Kingdom, the definition is as per the original definition above, which is true for kings and emperors in the past who keeps hundreds or thousands of women who serve him and his family. |
