Hella classy.

Gothic lolita is not classy. It leans more towards the cutesy cutesy mentality and in a way makes a childish (not in a bad way) take with the whole demeanor involved in such clothing style.

Classy would be something like:

I can understand why you would at first see gothic lolita as "classy" as it does use certain dresses that have similar styles as those considered classy, unfortunately the entire style of "gothic lolita" itself leans more towards the less mature mentality and most of the appearances use cute styled little girl boots and an overly flamboyant appearance overall.

In fact if I had to describe gothic lolita in two words I'd say:

Childishly Flamboyant

I'm not saying it doesn't look good, but classy it is not.

it can work if you dont mind wearing makeup. You just have to dress like a man in the Victorian era and add some goth element... so lots of black, and heavy make up.. maybe some torn clothing and boots

It's not an easy look to pull off for men and yeah, I agree you have to be a good looking dude or else please don't even attempt it.

Although, I was searching on google, and it just seems too emo on guys...

As long as it's victorian style suit.. but we are after Goth loli, not traditional Loli.

from wikipedia-
some Western Gothic styles, cross jewelry, religious symbols, bags and purses in shapes like bats, coffins, and crucifixes are also used to accessorize the Gothic Lolita look.[11]

As for gothic lolitas, if she's wearing a pink dress like the one Itami-chan posted, then you might be right. But the one I posted is in some ways, in my opinion, dressed better then some of the ones you posted. On the overall scale of classiness, neither is much better than the other. When it's clear much thought has gone into the outfit in terms of fit, coordination, themes, etc., any fashion style can be classy.

The fact you even think gothic lolita is "classy" shows that you are more of an applicable example of someone with no concept of style.

I'm sorry but "wearing a velvet dress" does not automatically equal classy. You could wear a velvet dress with hearts and crosses on it in bright pink and it wouldn't be classy.

The pic you posted is leaning more towards childish flamboyance, which while I'm not saying is a bad thing, would not be considered classy.

And one more thing. Clothes do not have to be traditional or classical to be classy. You're mistaking traditional with classy.
