| The anime is fine if the blue hair character named Rei Ryuugazaki's voice and actions was manly enough. I can't stand his actions towards Haruka Nanase. I think the right term for his character is "Moe" (I'm not sure). He's tall and looks manly but the voice. Uurrgh. |

Haruka quitting competitive swimming because he hurt Rin. Haruka getting upset when Gou mentions Rin. Nagisa sleeping on Haruka's shoulder. All of these scenes can be interpreted. Some may see "friends", some may see something more. Same with KnB. Some may see "friends/once friends", while others may see more. At the end of the day it is up to the viewer. I'm not agreeing with the people who call this anime 'gay', I'm just saying that shonen-ai is not completely non-existent in it. But again, it's just the first 2 episodes! and if Free! was a yaoi, those guys have already slept together... but up to now, Kuroko no Basket guys' interactions are much more erotic than Free! even if the bishounen fanservice it much stronger in Free! than in Kuroko no Basket!
