| Chara design is bad and it's obvious production costs are low. Too much sceaming coming from main heroine. Many scenes tried to be funny but wasn't funny at all (I only laughed when they switched to storyboards). I guess this could be good but with another studio and with better script (cutting plot of the show into 5 minute sketches isn't helping either - even if this is from 4-koma manga). |

So it tends to seem random or boring to fans outside of Japan. It could be good for those anime fans who enjoy a major challenge and want to learn more about Japan. | The OP was cute. I like the ED, that was repeated twice before the actual one. Dem seals. Dem bears. Oh yeah, we didn't get to see the Fourth Bear King. Natsuki and Karin join the Going Home Club, whose club president is Sakura. Botan and Claire are interesting characters. Favorite quote from this episode: "Let's go buy you a stationary store later." I had to backtrack and reread. Found out they really meant it. I guess the humor is alright. I did enjoy some parts, so I'll continue. |

| I don't really have problem with the sense of humor of the episode. It was quite funny. But one thing that's really bothering me is the VA's. D: I guess you can't expect much from new voice actors.. then again Hikasa Yoko did really well with Mio. @_@; Oh and also, that ahoge is really distracting. D: |

| The director was completely inexperienced when he started working on this series. As a result, the first few episodes have some flaws. Unfortunately, those issues attracted a lot of criticism. However, he learned very quickly and the quality quickly became excellent. Unfortunately, many viewers will be turned off by episodes 1 and 2. My suggestion: Jump directly to Episode 4 and watch the rest of the series. If you love it, then go back and watch the first three episodes. |

Its the right way and 3 episodes are shorter than a movie, so why skip them? And I dont know whether not so good animations are a point to drop the whole show, because I thing its more animation than a manga would do obviously and so many people dont mind if they read a manga. Also simple animated shows like Shin-chan ore old movies like Lupin III are awesome, too. And superwesome animations arent really necessary for this kind of shows like Kitakubu is one. |

What Sakura wrote on the blackboard is 帰宅第一 pronounced: kitaku daiichi literally meaning: 帰 return (ki) 宅 home (taku) 第 number (dai) 一 one (ichi) You could translate the phrase as: " Going Home Above All! " in other words, going home is the best part of the day. But you can see that Sakura did not write the character 第. She wrote something a lot simpler. It is an abbreviated form of 第. That is because 第 requires so many strokes of the chalk. It is normal to use abbreviated forms such as this in handwriting. If you look around the club room, you can see that they normally have a framed calligraphy hung on the wall which has the same phrase. Basically, this is their club motto. Oh, and taku (宅) is the "taku" in "otaku". |

| I like how they broke the 4th wall sometimes. I don't think I seen an anime that has done that yet. Some of the jokes are funny and other not so much. I enjoyed it a little. Alright first episode. |

| Club's name is crazy, and Botan is some martial arts master, Claire is rich girl.. But even with all this unusual stuff Natsuki is a bit overreacting, lol.. Karin will be a bit into yuri character?.. Will see.. ;P Natsuki could be straight man of the group, but she could react a little bit less loud, to be honest.. Idea of club just doing things after school to experience joy and stuff is nice in itself.. If this will be just nice slice of life, I can certainly enjoy something like this.. ;P But will see, what anime will be about, really.. Evil bears council or something.. ;P A kuma! Akuma! ;P |

| I don't think I'm gonna enjoy this show. Gags in this episode weren't funny. I don't find any of the girls cute or memorable. I don't like that oversized ahoge. And the premise of the show doesn't make sense. It's not a "go-home-club" but "go-have-fun-together-club". 4/10 That enemy at 15:48 looks veeeery similar to Nemesis from Final Fantasy X lol.  |
