| Let's say in this scenario that a deadly disease spreads throughout humanity, killing off almost every last human on Earth. However, about 400 humans manage to develop an immunity to this disease and survive. You happen to be one of these few survivors. Animals were unaffected by this disease and with humans gone, they have taken over making the world a much more dangerous place. With no-one to uphold the law nor anyone to control the power plants, the law is basically nonexistent and most buildings no longer have working electricity. So what would you do in this scenario? |

| I'd probably try to join up with survivors(Even if I rather be alone, the advantages of staying in a group in this situation outweigh the disadvantages) so we could start hunting down the animals. The sooner order is restored, the quicker we get the electricity back and there's not terribly much to do without it. Only 400 survivors spread out all over the world would be a real pain in the ass though lol. |

| To OP. You should add more humans. 400 is way too small for anything interesting to happen. Try 400 000 or even 4000000. Narmy said: I'd most likely just kill myself. There's no point in living in a world like that. Are you squidding me? This is my post apocalyptic fantasy come true D: Well first, I would need to secure weapons and supplies. Raid a military base or two for an assault rifle, ammo and body armor (rogue armed humans are more dangerous than any animal, gotta be prepared), then I would raid libraries and bookstores for books on survival, geography, weaponry and try to learn as much as I can, then to a hospital for medical supplies. Next I would find a home, preferably one near sources of water and food. With so many, wild animals around meat shouldn't be a problem especially if I start eating dogs. Once, I am experienced enough, I get myself a big vehicle preferably a trailer which I will attempt to fortify to the best of my ability. Oil should be easy to find with the untold gallons left in abandoned cars and gas stations. Then, I travel the roads looking for friendly survivors to interact with and possibly settle down and mate with. |
