These games are probably the ones that I spent the most time with in my childhood and have really fond memories of. I do own most of them today and still play them. :)

A few fond memories from my childhood:

Adventure (Atari 2600 console) - One of my first games for the Atari 2600 console, along with Space Invades and Pac Man. Man, that was so exciting to get into a castle and see a "dragon", lol.

DigDug - played it mostly on arcade machines, later on my first own home computer, the Atari 400. You had to dig through the earth and blow up monsters by inflating them.

Scramble - only played this side-scroller on arcade machines, usually with a friend. One steered the spaceship and shot, the other dropped the bombs.

Swashbuckler - My first game with real sword fights. Played on a monochrome monitor on my Apple II.

Oh man, my childhood mostly consisted of the early to mid 90s, so I got some old ones on there.

I remember one of the first games I ever played was one of the most popular ones. Super Mario Bros. and Duck Hunt. Unfortunately, I never owned an actual console until the Playstation was released. However, I did own a Game Boy and these were the games that owned my childhood...

Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening
Metroid 2
Super Mario Land
Super Mario Land 2
Tetris
Dr. Mario
Final Fantasy Legend 2
Final Fantasy Legend 3
Final Fantasy Adventure

Well, those are the games that come to mind. I owned a lot more than those but those are the most memorable.

Always been a big fan of the Crash Bandicoot series especially because the original game was the first ever game I completed. I also miss the days of N64, Snowboard Kids was great.

I know I'm leaving out TONS! of games, but those are ones of the top of my head. I grew up in the 90s, so many amazing games all over the place. I didn't list my favorite games, these are just ones I played the most. A lot of classics I didn't play till highschool, so they don't have so much nostalgia factor to them(despite being great).

It all started with runescape. Then my buddy told me to buy this game called Counter-Strike: source. That was July 7th 2008, the day my Steam account was created. Now I'm the owner of 204 or 203 games on steam and a total investment into PC games and parts of around $10,000.

The games I remember as my Childhood games though. Have to be Starfox 64 then Starfox: assault. The Multiplayer on Assault was great. Also Super Smash bros every day before school for 3 years. The game that means the most to me though would definitely be World of Warcraft or CSS. Both of them got me in with a group of people who I still talk to today regularly.
I have really funny thoughts that no one will get to hear.

-Road Rash (Snes)
-ChuChu Rocket (Dreamcast)
-Duke Nukem (N64)
-Vib Ribbon (PS1)
-Baldur's Gate (PC)
-NOX (PC)
-Harvest Moon series

It'd take too long to list the other games, but there's a lot. I should really play these games again just for nostalgia's sake.
