| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Druaga is back!!!! It has been six months and Jil has been in a funk the whole time, kind of out of character for him, but he is back to himself by the end. We also get to see Utu's face!!!! And Kai is introduced, she seems to be the key this season. |

| Yeah... lol... Druaga had a good episode. I was surprised. Though im thinking "what if Kai turns out to be Kaaya's daughter." lol! Though, was Fatina that err.. "likeable" in the first season? My opinion changed on her... in a good way ;) Looking forward to the next ep |

| Not a bad way to start the show at all, not a lot of rehashing, and we got to see what some of the characters have been doing since the end of Aegis. Don't really understand Jil being soooo depressed, but I'll take it as it is, since this kid isn't quite as mature as I like for my taste. Plus we get Utu unmasked...something I was wondering all last season, since they went out of their way not to show it. |
| Haha! I don't know where this is going (besides the fact that they're going to climb again) but I had a lot of fun watching this episode. Though the wrestler being Utu was kinda obvious. |

| Wow, that made me remember how utterly average this show was. The direction is abominable, really, but apart from that, the show is moderately entertaining. As I expected (well, it's more accurate to say I didn't expect anything from this show), the developments that took place between the end of the first season and this one are uninteresting. There are two or three good scenes in the second part of the episode though. Nothing much. |

| So everyone got screwed over by the king. I thought that was Utu but wasn't sure. Good to see Kelb stood up to them. Looks like we have the start of Jil starting up a new group, himi and Fatina together was nice. Need Melt and Coopa back though. |

| This is a good, solid start. They really dropped a bomb on us in the first 15 minutes, though, didn't they? JilxFatima FTW. Seriously. She's mellowed out a bit now, so it's not that far of a stretch. She seems like she would need it as much as he would. I'm wondering if there's going to end up being a connection between Kai and Kaaya? The names are way too similar for it to be mere coincidence. Love the OP, again. The style of implying the characters in the show are really normal, everyday people caught up in the latest, greatest online game strikes me as very meta. "Happy Birthday" using Greek letters in the ED... classic. "I've suddenly wanted to become a man!" |

| Was a really great start! Kai is probably the king's original daughter or wife. Each time Druaga is killed one or two people are allowed to enter that special place. Kai was probably one of those "lucky" people and the King is/was in the exact same position that Jil is in right now. That would explain why the king asked Kaaya if she was sure about scaling the tower with Jil. Not sure why Kai is here though. Maybe she got kicked out by the system once Kaaya entered or something. |

| A nice opening episode for the sequel. What I didn't expect is that Utu would look like that without his harness on. Well.. it sure caught my attention and I'm looking forward to the rest of the story. |
| Hmmm, I'm really glad that they didn't turn the 1st episode to something like the 1st season did (I remembered thinking "Huh? is this really an adventure anime'? and am I supposed to laugh? O_O). The 1st impression I had was that the little girl kinda looked like Kaaya.(Well, I know a connection between them will be revealed sooner or later.) about Utu, I seriously didn't see that coming. yay, Kaaya die. j/k :3 and I hope that this season goes well. |

I believe that it is stated they've been living at the Commander's Tavern for six months, so it's probably been a little bit longer than that since the ending of S1. (I'm assuming that it actually took time to set up the business, and he didn't just kill the old owners or something. Anime logic, I know. :P) |

| wow great episode. everybody got jobs, and jil became a hikkikorimori xD haha but really romantic, wrestling as a place for date. introduced some nice characters and wasnt dissapointing at all. |

| I will be extremely angry if Jil just abadons Fatina when he catches sight of Kaaya. Fatina has actually supported him and is much more likable now that she isn't hyper and following Neeba. It would also be an interesting development instead of Jil just blindly following the girl who backstabbed him when she could with very little regret. I hope Jil picked up some new skills and will stop acting so emo. Well we'll find out I guess but I wonder what happened to Coopa? |

| FatinaXJill i thought this was a better setup since the last few episodes of the 1st season. (but nothing more, considering other setups and OP) Well a decent 1st episode, bit sad we couldn't see Jill getting into the fight, i wonder how he has improved or changed since season1. Glad to see Fatina is a lot more approachable then before. Seems a lot of complotting has been going on and is still, i wonder how they will let the answers flow out. And finally, YAY season 2, I've been waiting for it ! |

| good to be back... enjoyed every minute of it. I'm glad to see that the series hit the ground running, and it's good proof that the production staff has plenty of great ideas and enthusiasm to spare. Note to self: I must get one of those Fatina tentacle body pillows in the OP. There's so many funny gems in the OP that I'm sure we'll still be laughing at something new every episode. Edit: Almost! ....but sans tentacles.... T.T  |
